This pool float is great, and durable. We had ours (given as a birthday gift to my daughter) for 2 years, and it endured a lot of horsing around. We loved it so much, we got another one. This one is model 57288EP, and manufactured later than model 56288EP, manufactured a few years ago. I was able to find the older model one on target.com, by the same seller. We are keeping that one as it is bigger by at least 6". When I processed the return to send the Amazon-purchased one back, it does require me to pay shipping back. The float is a good one, I just wish the seller would see that I am keeping one of their floats, and offer the free shipping back. Again, otherwise, great float, just be aware that this one is smaller than the first one, even though both are labeled "Mega"! ... show more

    • Needs an Adaptor Valve Included
It needs to come with an adapter valve for the air pump. I would gladly pay the extra cents instead of having to rummage around trying to find one. It would be a good idea to order one to come with it so you aren’t left high and dry and can jump into instant fun when your float arrives . It looks great. I hope it holds up. I’m not certain ours is new. Seems like it could be returned inventory because the box was taped closed like a diy job. ... show more

This is a fantastic float. SO cute, was well-used all summer and didn't need to add air once. This was actually our second flamingo of the summer - the first one was awful, took a full day to inflate, then sprung a leak within one day. INTEX brand floats are really superior quality. Not that comfy for lounging, but the kids have such fun on it! ... show more

These did their purpose swellingly! I bought two for my sister’s luau-themed engagement party earlier this year and they entertained a bunch of drunk 20 and 30 somethings for the entire day - they held through grown men jumping onto them from the diving board, even! Great product!

This float was great it was easy to blow up the nozzles where you put the air in we’re easy to close and lasted the whole 5hour trip and didn’t lose any air it was wonderful would recommend

    • Poor product
I sent the first one back because it would not hold air. Received a replacement and still has the same issue, it needs to be reinstated every day. I thought that Intex was a good product but this changed my mind.
