These are the best closet organizers: Strong, durable and well-made! Were it not for the strong chemical smell, I'd give it a prefect rating. Had to open, hang the bag without the drawers inside and let each item air out for 3 days before the odor subsided enough to use it. After that, they're good to go! I purchased this for my infant son's closet and I love it! The colors are perfect for the theme of his nursery, but it has been wonderful as a "catch all" for all of the small baby items that add up (bibs, burp cloths, socks, hats, mittens, etc.) that you don't necessarily want to devote a whole drawer to, but want to keep organized. It was incredibly easy to assemble and looks great! Because I'm not putting lots of items in and on this, and because what I am putting in/on it is relatively light weight, I can't speak for how this would work for purposes other than what I'm using it for, but I can see how some would see that it's very easily moved and tends to sway. I remedied this by essentially anchoring it with the pictured Whitmor Double Closet Rods (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000QWKP7K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which fit perfectly on either side of the hanging shelf and prevent it from swinging around in the closet. I didn't have to spend a fortune to add some extra storage space to my closet. This hanging organizer came packaged in a small to medium size box and it came sooner than the expected ship date. Once you unpack everything it only takes a minute or two to assemble and hang. It comes with three drawers that you will need to add a ridged bottom panel to in order for it to hold it's square shape. These ridged panels are included. Although mine was missing one of the three so I improvised with cardboard from the packing box. Even with the missing piece I am satisfied with the overall product. ... show more

I received this item in a short time which was great as I'm using it in a kids room for organizing; however, I didn't receive the hooks needed to hang the item and I'm not sure how to get this particular item sent to me to complete the product? It was a little more then I wanted to spend but looked to be just sturdy enough and large enough to serve it's purpose without having to replace it in 6 months ( I believe in the saying, "you get what you pay for"). As I read through the comments this seemed to be a regular issue with the seller/packaging so I can only suggest that they be more vigilant when packaging the item. It's a simple mistake that could obviously be avoided and at the price of the item I'm sure clients don't want to spend extra money in completing the product for use. ... show more
