PRODUCT WAS PACKAGED VERY WELL. HOWEVER THERE WAS ONE SMALL DENT BUT NOTHING TO GET EXCITED ABOUT. EASY TO ASSEMBLE. PROBLEM OCCURRED WHEN WE STARTED STOCKING WITH TOOLS. ONE OF THE DRAWERS BROKE. THE RAIL THAT WAS RIVETED TO THE SIDE OF THE CABINET BROKE. THE RIVET HOLDING DRAWER RAIL BROKE OFF. WE DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO EVEN PUT ANYTHING IN THE DRAWER. IT FELL APART WHEN WE OPENED IT. TOO MUCH OF A PAIN TO RETURN AT THIS POINT. I AM GOING TO TRY AND FIX IT MYSELF.

I was expecting more from this product and it was a Christmas gift for my husband. It is very flimsy constructed and the drawers keep falling off there tracks. I would not recommend this to anyone interested in this type of product. The window to return was closed long before my husband received it so I'm stuck with it.

I have purchased a few of this style of small toolbox over the years & they always show up a little damaged. A dent here, a scratch there. NOT THIS ONE! Came out of the box perfect, easy to assemble, looks really great. Only gripe I have is that I thought the drawers would have a higher profile, so I does not fit the organizers I purchased.
