I am a retired software engineer with 48 years of experience so it takes quite a lot to impress me. This TINY PC has done just that. I could wish for another USB port on the back but that is no biggie. I installed this with my current PC and the NUC13 connected to an HDMI switch, so could switch back and forth to check that I moved everything I wanted over. I keep my data on a NAS so had only a few desktop files to port across. The NUC13 (mine has 32GB RAM, 1 TB SSD and I7 processor) is very quiet. I hear minor noise from a fan occasionally, otherwise silent (in fact I hear more noise from my NAS than the NUC13 and the NAS is also very quiet. I emailed support twice and got prompt responses from Cathy (other reviews on this PC also mention prompt responses from here. These were: 1. Do I have to register for warranty purposes (I do not have to register, serial number is used for any warranty needs. 2. Win Hello does not work. I have an HP S340C 34" monitor. with an inbuilt IR camera (has worked fine under Win10 for 7 years now). It appears that HP do NOT have a Win11 driver for this monitor (I'm still researching this to see if their Win10 driver will work under Win11. So, very quick responses from Cathy from Geek+ tech support. This is kinda unusual nowadays and much appreciated. BTW, Intel are exiting this NUC market and ASUS are taking it over. My NAS is made by ASUSTOR. I have had that for 7 years now and ASUSTOR support has always been excellent also, so I am happy with that. All in all, I find this NUC13 to be excellent. As an older person my desktop PC can literally be on my desktop now instead of under the desk which gets harder to get to at my ripe old age <G>. A highly recommended buy! ... show more

I bought this Intel NUC 13 Pro NUC13ANHi7 Arena Canyon Mini PC, Core i7-1360P from Geekom ( GEEK+ Computer Mall (Intel Authorized Reseller). First I must say this seller had great customer support . I watched many YouTube videos on this this new product and did my own research but still I had so many questions about the product . I Messaged them on Amazon message and Cathy the support associate answered all my questions regarding the quality , memory upgrades , storage options etc. They have a support website where you can also email and the response is very quick . This small NUC is blazing fast , boot up to windows in a few seconds . All the description on the product page is accurate . don't hesitate to purchase from them if you are in need of a new small pace saving desktop computer. Specially the 32 gb memory is way too fast for an average user . it can upgraded to 64 gb. This is a Tall version so I already added a I already added a 500 gb of SSD in the upper cover . it had a SSD / HDD space built in it . I also plan to add more storage on the M2 SATA Slot with SSD SATA M.2 2242 256GB Dogfish from Amazon . it comes with 1 TB Kingston PCIE4 Kingston which is super fast . windows 11 Pro is preinstalled and loads perfectly fine . just plug and play to your monitor and works . Perfect for space saving needs and also comes with Intel 3 yr warranty and the seller will assist you after sales if any issue with the product including the SSD , RAM , OS . All the description is on the product page and is accurate so you know what you are buying . One more thing I really liked the order experience that they have enough this is in Stock and was delivered by Amazon overnight if are a a prime member.     • A very nice Nuc and fantastic Geek+ support!
This Nuc device is very powerful and it has plenty of ram. I am very happy with this purchase. I run 3 4K monitors off of this Nuc - the 2 HDMI and one USB-C cable on one of the 2 Thunderbolt ports. I have also used a Thunderbolt dock on one of the 2 Thunderbolt ports, feeding the same 3 Dell 4K monitors: 2 via Display Port and 1 via a daisy chained via a Display Port cable from the 2nd monitor to the 3rd monitor. I am using Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe SSD in place of the original Kingston SSD (which was plenty fast). The Samsung is extremely fast. I filled the 2.5" SATA bay with Crucial MX500 4TB drive. I added in a DogFish 4TB drive in the 2240 M.2 SATA slot. So that's 12TB on hand in this device. 6-months after the purchase, one of the Thunderbolt ports stopped working. I contacted Geek+ and they suggested that I send my device back to them, and before I could do that they replaced my device, in advance! I was very happy to experience this high level of service. Geek+ wants happy customers. I will surely keep buying my Nucs from Geek+. I have suggested Geek+ to several other friends and associates and they too seem happy with their purchase and support experience. ... show more

This is the 3rd NUC that I've owned. I bought an OG model in 2014 with 16GB RAM, a 32GB model in 2019, and of course this year (2023), I bought the sexiest computer that I've ever owned...this 64GB beast! I'm in IT, and my specific use case is running ESXi 8 for a home lab, but the way that this monster is spec'd out you'd be hard pressed to find something this NUC couldn't handle. Being that this is my 3rd NUC purchase, it's probably obvious that I'm in love with it's small form factor, but again, the punch that these NUCs pack is truly astounding. I was planning to buy my new NUC early next year (because I seem to refresh my model every five years), but when I heard that Intel was getting out of the NUC game I bought the next day. Whether you're thinking about refreshing your current NUC, or are buying your first one, the time is now if you're wanting something with an up-to-date CPU, etc. Last bit not least, my purchasing experience was outstanding. My NUC was shipped on time and arrived in perfect condition. in fact, I wanted this SPECIFIC configuration and GEEK+ was the only seller with the inventory to ship PRIME.
