I recently upgraded my motherboard and this was the CPU I selected. Prior CPU was an i7 8700K. This CPU blows that one out of the water. It's paired with an EVGA 3080ti XC3. GPU is no longer throttled by CPU. The i7 13700K runs hot. Typically, the cores average around 60 Celsius and can peak in the 80's while gaming. This is normal according to Intel. ... show more
