Mug came extremely fast. Beautiful blue color down the body with a narrow stainless steel trim around the top. Smooth white ceramic coated interior. Black screw on top with thick rubber seal under it. Flip top has rubber inserts on the underside for a tight seal in the drink spout and aerator hole when flip lid is in lock position. The lid locks very loosely in the open position for easy closure. The top has a nice deep indentation for lips and nose, also very smooth contours for cheeks. There is even an indentation on the outside of the lid for your bottom lip, how intuitive! Cup is tapered nicely to fit in cup a holder. Blue color carries all the way down and wraps smoothly under the bottom of the cup to a stainless steel plug or seal. Cup feels like it has a powder coat of paint, very smooth soft feel overall. Keeps coffee hot for a very long time with no metal after taste. I highly recommend this thoughtful and useful cup. Would make a very nice gift you can be proud of. Thank you, Raina Hubbard

These keep liquid hotter than regular stainless steel--like for hours actually hot--and also don't have that stainless steel taste. After buying one for myself, I gifted two to family members. My father who is super picky about what he drinks his coffee from loves this & prefers it to that expensive stainless steel brand everyone is using.

I like the look of the mug ,it does keep your coffee warm, The biggest problem is no matter how I put the lid on it leaks leak all over my work bag on my way to work. So I thought maybe I put the lid on wrong the next day. I took extra care and putting the lid on, held the cup over the sink and tipped it several different ways. And sure enough it leaks. Doesn't matter how you put the lid on it leaks so if you want to use this cup sitting at your table sure it will keep your coffee warm. If you want to use this for travel and use it on the side of your bag in your bag holder. No this is not the cup for you as it will leak your hot liquids all over your bag.

I bought this for my wife, and she absolutely loves how warm it keeps beverages! She likes to have her first sip of coffee out of an actual mug, before she has to switch to a travel mug, so this was a slam dunk. The flavor of the coffee is unaffected by the material. It's lightweight, and the lid doesn't have a lot of intricate parts, which makes it very easy to clean. The one issue I have is that it's not the most leak proof coffee mug, so make sure you keep it as upright as possible, especially when very full. Otherwise, this was a great choice!

I have bought three different colors of this mug and I do love that they are large enough to fit my full 12 oz Keurig brew along with a hefty dose of cream. I wish they kept coffee hot longer. Within 2 hours of brewing, even with the lid fully sealed and closed, my coffee is luke warm. Also, the lid is almost impossible to screw off at the end of the day. I'm dealing with carpal tunnel and/or arthritis and my hand hurts badly after trying to get the lids off. I've even had male coworkers/neighbors that are way stronger than me open it and they even struggle getting the lids off sometimes. Also, while I didn't buy this for cold drinks, as summer nears, I might start using them for that and the description mentions an internal removable straw and I did not receive a straw with any of my mugs. I may be lookng for new mugs that actually keep my coffee hot but so far, I've had no luck with any ceramic lined mugs even though they're double walled and plain stainless thermoses do keep it hot but they also change the taste of the coffee.

First I'd like to say it's as close to my bubba hero travel mug as I'm going to get. I leave one at work and one at home. Pros: Easy to clean. Can not go in dishwasher, but I rinse it after every cup. The cover is not fussy it is super easy to keep clean. Keeps coffee warm for a good hour after that it starts to get cooler. The outside of the cup is not smooth which in my opinion is good shouldn't slip out of your hand. The ceramic inside has everything to do with a good cup of coffee. No clue why stainless changes the taste so much but it does. Slight con not game changer: You really need to screw cover on correctly or else when you shake it coffee will come out. I always shake it in the sink first. I screw it on unscrew it a little then screw it back on and that does it. It's almost like the rubber on the cover needs to get use to the idea that it's being screwed on the cup lol lastly the flip on lid has to snap on and even then doesn't seem enough but it is. I usually put my finger on it to put pressure on it when I shake the cup. Took a long time but for the money I finally found a comparable cup to the bubba hero which sadly is no longer made with ceramic inside. I would recommend this cup😁

I got this mug not realizing it was double insulated, it is AWESOME and keeps my coffee hot , I have to keep the top opened for like 10 mins for it to cool down to drink. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend to try and he LOVES it. It's leak-proof and keeps the coffee very hot or water cold. Worth the price!! He has had it since Feb 2024 and it still works Great.
