I'm not sure about the pain relief
Really good flavor and I guess ginger has pain relief so good flavor and healthy so use it instead of tea or coffee.

Love it
Product arrived and it has a wonderful flavor. I open one packet to a regular glass of water and it is my go to drink. Refreshing and convenient to travel with.

Tastes Good
The packet in warm water tastes good. Dissolved quickly. I gave this 4 stars because it is quick and convenient. It was my fault I didn’t look to see the 1st ingredient is cane sugar so it’s a sweet drink. Too sweet for what I’m looking for.

Dissolves Instantly
I add a little honey because it’s an acquired taste. But, easy to get use to. Actually begins to taste pretty good within a day or so.
