I got the 2 week freebie and immediately cancelled autoship. That was easy and service rep was very kind and efficient. By the time I was finishing the 2 week supply there was noticeable improvement in my knee pain, which has been a problem for me for a few years now. The best example I can give is that after my gym classes (spin, zumba, cardio) which were all in upstairs rooms at my gym, I could not walk downstairs without pain and without using the handrail. Now I can. The improvement was enough that I decided to buy another month supply. I am giving 4 stars for now, but will update this review as I near completion of the next month. The product is expensive as everyone has pointed out, if it continues to work this well it is probably worth it for me. I recommend giving this a try if you don't usually have allergies or other significant health problems. I am an active 68 year old and long time gym rat. Be sure to get the two week trial and cancel the auto-ship as soon as you receive your supply. If it works for you then you can decide if the benefit outweighs the cost. Update 4 - 4 I am just finishing the month supply I got after the two week freebie. The product works, but I am not sure it works well enough to justify the expense. My new plan is to go back to my old therapy and see what happens over the next month or two......that will give me a strong indication of the level of relief Instaflex provided. As others have noted there are cheaper products available that seem to help. I will update when the results are clear. Good luck to everyone fighting joint pain. Final Update 5 - 28 After I stopped using Instaflex my knee pain gradually returned. So I can say that Instaflex did work for me. But I think there were some side effects although I cannot really be sure they were caused by Instaflex. Bottom line the product works but probably not for everyone and the price is very high. Not worth it to me. As an aside I re-discovered an insert for my workout shoes (Triad Pro-foot) and it works so well that I can go as high-impact as I want in my classes without pain. It also works very well with my walking shoes when I am out on an uneven horse trail walking my dogs. Lucky me, I am a happy camper again.

I’ve been using Instaflex shortly after it was introduced to the public. When taken as directed, it has been the only product that has provided relief from serious osteoarthritis joint pain as I am limited in choices for OTC and prescription pain medications. However, there are a few problems I’ve found along the way with my Instaflex partner that I’ve noted below........ *When I first started using the original Instaflex formula, it was available in a generous capsule count, a good feature since the product must be taken 3 times per day to be effective. The down side was it was almost impossible to find a one month supply. I did not find their once daily formula to be effective at all. *The product is very expensive, but it’s working so I continue using it, but I am very unhappy with the manufacturer’s availability and price gouging. *To be effective each day, daily use of the product must be consistent with scarcely missing a dose. It’s a slow cumulative effect, so missing a day or two required me another week or more to regain pain relief. It works by its natural inflammatory ingredients and some days, it has significantly reduced my joint pain, wihile one other days, must use acetaminophen to further reduce pain. * If I miss more than one day, it will take a week to regain satisfactory pain relief, so do not allow a lapse in taking the capsules. That’s why I opted to join Amazon’s Auto Ship program. * Once the product became popular, the price was drastically increased ( that stems from the manufacturer). They do not vary much in price from one store to another- pricing is pretty much set. A number of store managers I asked regarding pricing said the company doesn’t usually run sales ( also from the manufacturer). Once, I saw a coupon for the product for a “starter bottle. I have personally never seen a coupon or sale since that time. I began to spend a minimum of $65 per month to maintain the improvement in joint pain, which if you do the math, that’s a whopping $780/year. * Until, I found Amazon!!! I have been purchasing Instaflex from one month supply costs $46 each month, a significant savings and I am grateful that Amazon can sell it for this price. So, I decided to sign up for auto purchase and shipping and I am eligible for further discounts. * I haven’t received my first auto shipment yet, when I received a notice today from Amazon, that the product is out of stock and hope it will be back in stock by the ship date!!! I am furious! I finally agreed to respond to the auto ship ads Amazon sends me and feel the rug has been pulled out form under me! AMAZON SHOULD SEE TO IT THAT IT’S FAITHFUL AUTO SHIP CUSTOMERS HAVE A SECURED AMOUNT of a pain relieving product. As a customer who agreed to the conditions of the program, it should be FIRST COME , FIRST SERVE! I am so tired of these pseudo-pharma or food nutritional products from gouging the public with outrageous priced products, taking advantage of people in pain...it’s a wonderful product, as the manufactured is aware but, they poses little regard for their customers. Also, I feel that Amazon has done it’s share in letting some of it’s customers down! *****Let the buyer beware and weigh the pros and cons before buying this product and consider, you cannot count on Amazon to deliver it as agreed.****

I'm 78 (almost 79) but quite active. I ride my bike a lot and used to have to wear an elastic knee brace to relieve the slight pain that I'd experience. No more, I can ride the bike without the knee support. The other thing I do is that there's a ski jump in our lovely town. My dog and I like to climb the 409 steps to the top. (He goes straight up the sides). Theses really seem to work.
