This is the best webcam I have ever had, period. Most unexpected feature is that this has excellent low light performance. Because it follows you instead of cropping, you actually get the low light performance out of the sensor too. Sensors that crop in just can't keep up at this price point. Microphone on this webcam is also very very good. This webcam is overkill for Microsoft Teams, but sometimes you just gotta splurge on a really nice product that you use every day. That said, it works flawlessly with Microsoft Teams and Discord. The webcam is small and high quality. You can tell from the feel that the materials are not your run of the mill logitech webcam. Those have their place for sure if you just don't care, but if you want a major step up, this will give you that quality boost in terms of video and sound. Also, whenever you touch it, which won't be often as it can track you on its own, you will feel the craftsmanship. This is very fitting for a nice desk setup (right at home with setups from high end brands like Apple). The worse your lighting the more this webcam stands out. I don't do anything in my office to fix the lighting, so sometimes I have harsh sunlight sneaking in, and sometimes it's just too dark, and this webcam can deal with both. Camera works really well. I was surprised by the video quality. Its honestly better than a big name streaming Webcam I also have. And this product is cheaper than that one by a decent amount! Great value. The ai tracking feature is even better. Works really well. Is proving to be valuable when I do live recorded trainings for work. The software is intuitive and works well. I had one issue with a download and decided to check out how good tech support is. I was very impressed with their attention and service. Solved the problem. And made sure before they closed the case that I didnt have anything else I would like them to look into. I tested that, they actually meant it. Should I be in need for any of their other products I won't hesitate to try them out. Ill check back in after ive worked the camera through its paces longer. Just a quick setup, and it’s incredibly high quality—like, 12 times better! I’m really enjoying how it’s active and tracks my face, but when it’s not in use, it looks a little sad because when shut off it’s looks straight down and then powers off. Kind of like a robot.
