07/26/18: I figured out what the issue was with the charm - it appears to be made so that the front of the charm faces outward when the charm is dangling *only* when worn on the LEFT hand. I wear bracelets on the right hand because my watch is on my left hand, which is why the charm was facing backwards when the bracelet was on my right hand. I'll either wear it on my left wrist or remove the charm and and replace it in the opposite direction from where it is now. It's really a beautiful bracelet! 07/25/18: I just received this today. It looks beautiful. However, it has a bear claw, which I h-a-t-e. It's nearly impossible to secure a bear claw by yourself. Also, the way that you have to position the bear claw to clasp it leaves the charm facing backwards. The only way to have the charm be visible is to move it to the top of the hand and just let it sit there. It looks as if I may have to remove the clasp and re-position it in the bracelet facing the opposite direction from where it is now. Other than that, it's very pretty. I bought one of these for myself,and my two older sisters and gave them to them at a recent sisters' reunion. They were so touched. The bracelets are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. Just don't wear them in water. I would coat them with a clear gloss spray like Colormaster Crystal Clear gloss spray. My middle sister wore hers constantly--including to bathe--and the silver coating either came off revealing the copper underneath. I ordered her another one and coated it with the spray. This is one of the WORST purchases we've ever made on Amazon. Purchased. Three of these bracelets. The "stick on" letters have fallen off of at least two. We thought the letters were engraved.
