These fools are BRIGHT!!! I believe it's a combination of my new headlight assembly and the HIDs. This is insane... my highbeams (LEDs by Skylight) have ZERO effect with these on. You can tell they're on, but they don't show me anything I wasn't seeing before on Low beams. Brightness, 10/5 Install, was pretty straightforward. I didn't need relays for the H11s... They books tells you not only how to install them, but which bulbs require relays and how to install those. Now, I had to buy those H11 HIDs because the new headlight assembly I bought from Akanii on here, had H11 fixtures. I had to slice into my ballast wiring (the car has a D2S HID setup from factory) to connect an H11 female pig tail adapter harness (also purchased on here, separately), but that's about it for the difficulty in installing it. Install, 4/5 since you got to spend a bit more and be technically creative. No issues with seller. Also if they could sponsor me LEDs for my highbeams, I won't refuse! 🤣 5/5 I may add daylight images later, if possible. Nightfall crept up on me. ... show more

Came with one ballast DoA but after contacting support they quickly shipped out a replacement. Not a big deal really and it got resolved fast. So I don't know how it is for other vehicles but for my Mz3, the dust boot around the lamp will not sit flush with the rubber stopper on these due to the power cable looping back around. Kind of a weird design. So what I ended up doing was removing the metal prongs from the plastic housing by depressing the little clip on them, then easing them back out of the rubber stopper. Then filled the two holes they left with a little bit of silicone sealant. That allows the bulb to sit in the housing and then only its wires feed through the rubber stopper which sits inside the dust boot. Worked out fine after that. I get a nice seal between the rubber stopper and my dust boot and the power cable is routed safely off to the side. I put some electrical tape around it and the H7 adapter for my vehicle to make sure everything stays nice and clean. As for brightness, I went with the 5000k version. These are almost as bright as my high beams. I can finally see the road clearly at night. I'm about a week into ownership and pretty happy with these especially given the price. ... show more

Got these headlights for my 2014 Ford Explorer sport installed the kit was amazed at how bright they were. Had been using them for almost 2 months had an issue with driver ballast having an internal short to ground, contacted them via email and they sent me a new ballast no questions asked. Will report back on if it fixes issue 100%. Recommend over other brands just for there sheer support and no questions asked they back there product ... show more

Top notch build quality, perfect beam pattern, color temperature is right on spot as advertised, bulb is snug fit into housing so no worry about head light housing get dusty. And price wise these can’t be beaten. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a good spot in my car on either side to place the 2 ballasts. So looks like I have to return it. ... show more

I run these as my high beam bulbs, only down side is the warm up time, which isn't a huge issue being that my low beans stay on with my high beams, but once they warm up, the road looks like it's day time

I installed these in my 2010 Prius after cleaning the headlights and they made a world of difference for nighttime driving. I've always felt that the Prius headlights we're super dim, and practically felt like driving with no headlights at all. I tried to clean the headlights in hopes it would improve light quality, but the results we're obvious, I needed new headlights. I wanted to give these a try cause I've heard HID's work best in projector headlight housings, which the Prius has, and these do not disappoint. I can confidently drive my car at night and actually see what's in front of me. They're also no blindingly bright, so I know I'm not x-raying the driver in front of me with my headlights either. I bought the OEM color temperature and they're a fantastic middle ground between bright but not obnoxious. ... show more
