Packaging was very nice and build quality felt surprisingly solid given the price. Installation was foolproof as the connectors only work with the corresponding plug. Lights start up as green and dim and slowly fade into a bright white over about a 30 second period. Both bulbs matched color and brightness perfectly. I drive a 1993 300zx. The factory headlights are projector housings, and LEDs just don't do so good in this particular style or projector. So I turned to the internet for some research and everyone is saying HIDs will out shine the LEDs everytime.. but in this case, not so much even with the LED bulbs being 2 years old they still out shined these HIDs. Very dissatisfied.. did a little night time driving to test them out and was very upset when I couldn't see anything.. ... show more

Second time getting these for my truck. MAYBE not as bright this time? I can't remember. The warranty response with the last set was great. His thing too as I needed it a few times. Expect what you pay for and you'll be happy. If you want a decent set of lights that you may have to deal with warranty replacements, these are it. If you are one of those people that don't want to be bothered dealing with that, then dont get these. Like I said, my second set, I like the brightness and clarity and don't mind having to replace a failed part that they furnish under warranty if it dies. ... show more

i cant say one bad thing about this company ..ive bought 4 or 5 sets now, and of those sets, ive had 1 bulb failure and a harness that wouldnt high low, in both cases contacted the company and they promptly sent out replacements....i will continue to buy and recommend them

I started using HID kits back in mid 2000s. In 2013 I purchased a new car and decided to go the LED route and my headlights were constantly overshadowed by cars behind me on the highway. I switched to HIDs shortly after and I won't look back. Fast forward, bought a 21 WRX and this kit went in 2 days after purchase to fix them poor excuse halogens that come stock. Now the key is to ALWAYS install these into a projector housing, not a halogen reflector. This kit is more reliable, brighter and more precise than any halogen or LED kit available. The beam distance is about 3-5 times further down road then the most expensive top of the line LED kit money can buy. You can tell me all day long your LEDS are brighter while you blind all oncoming traffic but cant see a deer running out 50 feet in front of your vehicle. I do not understand how these are not standard on EVERY vehicle sold in todays world. They are not only safer but are more efficient than 55w-65w standard halogens which produce way less light, shorter life span thus producing much more waste and making you replace them more frequently costing more money. ... show more

NO INSTRUCTIONS. 06 g35 sedan. Headlights are semi pain in the rear to work on... remove front wheels, splash guard and disconnect front bumper cover just to get to all 4 bolts per headlight. Then I realized the OEM HID ballast is round and weather seals into bottom of headlight but these are rectangular and no matter how I placed the supplied mounting brackets, it did not seal like the OEM so I left them in and mounted the new ballasts to the side of the headlight, drilled a hole in the high beam cover to route wires through. Ordered some weather proof wire bushings to cover the hole I drilled. Not perfect but been about a month now and still functioning. Good luck! ... show more
