    • A beautiful duvet, but...

I really wanted to like this duvet cover. It has the most perfect pattern for my bedroom and it says that it is cotton. Compared to my other duvet covers (I have four) this one does not feel smooth to the skin and is crinkly when moving around in bed. The material is very thin and sort of rough especially after washing. I followed the instructions and washed it in cold water and low tumble dry and it came out looking like a wrinkled rag. I had to iron it and it took a lot of effort because the material stayed wrinkled to a point. I was so sorry for washing it. The cover looked its best when new and unwashed. I bought another duvet recently for half the price of this one and what a difference. It is also cotton, but all cotton is not the same. I am not washing my new one. I don't think I will ever wash my bedding again (except for sheets.) But my newer comforter even after sleeping under it is not wrinkled. It is a smoother, softer cotton. I wish we could find these in stores to feel them before buying. ... show more

I never take the time to leave reviews on Amazon but for this product I felt I had to !!!! Worth every penny! This duvet cover is soft, vibrant, lightweight and adds a pop of color to the room. Ties in the corners keep the insert secure, and the bottom buttons rather than zips.

This was exactly what I hoped for in a duvet cover. It’s not very heavy, and the colors were pretty much what the picture looks like. The white and the navy are not as vibrant, but that didn’t bother me. The duvet cover has a tie on each corner and then buttons all the way across the bottom. So far our insert has not moved around at all, and seems to be staying in place well. I like that it is not too feminine or masculine, it is very neutral. Would buy again. ... show more

Looks pretty in photos, but it’s nothing more than a couple of sheets sewn together. No texture, no depth, very disappointing. Funny smell when we got it, but it washed out. It has the ties inside the corners to connect an insert comforter and keep it in place, that was nice; but that’s the only positive. It’s way short on the sides, barely covers to the edges of our king sized mattress. Looks really weird when the flat sheet we put under it sticks out like a foot past it on the sides! Also not very long either- I couldn’t tuck it under the end of the mattress like a normal comforter. Had to mash it between the mattress and footboard and hope it stayed put- spoiler, it didn’t. The material is nice but the colors on the website picture show aqua, grey and white. What I received were muted colors and more green than aqua. Disappointed not for quality but for the color pallet

Very attractive duvet cover (Alpine 3 Navy)! This is my first time using a duvet so I can't really compare, but I have no doubts this set will last a nice long time and I love the idea that I can wash the duvet cover alone rather than washing an entire comforter. I've stuffed this with LINENSPA Reversible Down Alternative Quilted Comforter with Corner Duvet Tabs - Sand/Mocha - Queen and my sheets are Queen Periwinkle Silky Soft bed sheets 100% Rayon from Bamboo Sheet Set . Together they make for a wonderfully cozy sleep. I have 2 minor complaints. First, the colors aren't as saturated as they look in the picture (I was counting on the lighter blue being brighter, hence the periwinkle sheets), but the picture's colors are otherwise accurate. Second, my rayon top sheet doesn't stick very well to this cover, making it easy to lose the top sheet if you're tossing and turning a bit. I think that's more the rayon sheet than the duvet cover, though (but they're so soft they're worth it!). I know some people don't use top sheets with duvet covers, but I'm not fond of having to take the cover off every week to wash it. ... show more

Super Not Happy with this, it looks nothing like the picture. In the picture it looks like a thick comforter and it’s more like a sheet. This is the 2nd comforter I’ve ordered as the other one I sent back for the same reason and am still waiting for my refund. I guess I will take this one as a loss. I am so disappointed, Do not order this high priced item if you want a nice comforter for your bed. Gave 1 star cause I had too, biggest rip off🤬🤬 ... show more
