  • The INIU line of power packs could surprisingly SURPASS Anker! 😉
Style: Charger
I had a 65W 20K mAh that did not even last a year & just died a couple of days ago. Indeed I needed another one to help me offset my notebook's battery when I am in a pinch. The fact that it can fast charge 4 devices at once is just gravy along with the nice digital display it offers along with the indication that it can detect a "fast-charging" devices instantaneously. 👌 👍 I uploaded 4 pictures with my review that reveals the statistics of the INIU Model BI-B63 power bank. In one of the pictures you can see that I am using a (30W) A/C charger to charge the power bank while using the USB A port to charge my cell phone. This is known as "pass-through" charging. 95% of all power banks DO NOT offer "pass-through" charging; which is the ability (just like some notebooks) to charge the same device (power bank) & be able to draw power from it at the SAME time. Your cell phone continually allows this all the time because the charging circuit of the cell phone is connected to the battery & the battery charges the phone, NOT the charging cord you plug into the charging circuit. While using the "pass-through feature" the percentage indicator will not reach the 100% (charged) mark while having devices plugged into the power bank drawing power; it will only top off at 97%. (Probably the characteristics between the charging circuit & the battery usage current draw. IMHO.) But once you disconnect the charging device the power bank will charge fully to the 100% mark. The body of the power bank is solid & weighing in at 16.7oz or 1.7lbs. So I do not know what math these other reviewers say this is a 2lb ~ 5lb in weight; when it is nowhere even close. As far as charging cables go I like to use a combination of JSAUX & AINOPE (also I believe these were/are from the same parent manufacturer) cables. These USB-C cables each comes with a USB-A to USB-C adapter so that now you do not need to bring two charging cables; just use the adapter. (There is a sister version of this power bank that has an integrated LED light instead of the extra USB port if you warrant the need for an LED light.) This power bank will also work nicely with a USB C-to-barrel plug adapter charging cable that will allow me to utilize & replace my ASUS A/C charger with a 65W/100W (20v @ 3.25A) charging adapter so I do not have to carry around a separate charger for my notebook. I will mainly carry this in my day bag with a USB pass-through that my charging cable comes through to charge my phone on-the-go... Finally, this comes with a 3-year warranty instead of just a one-year, which is nice, too... Hope this helps! Cheers! ... show more

  • Rarely works as advertised.
Style: Charger
Edit: seller reached out to me and was willing to replace the unit. While it is not the best to use for the steam deck, I use it for my phone instead where it works just fine. —- With all cables I have, including the insultingly tiny ones it comes with, the power bank does not initially charge my devices at the stated 45w rate. This is easy to check with the steam deck as you can check the voltage and amps using the “sensors” command in linux. This is confirmed on multiple forums online that it won’t fast charge either the steam deck (45w) or the rog ally (30w). This is not entirely true. It DOES charge at those rates but the charger apparently starts in some sort of low power mode which only turns off after a while, meaning it doesn’t have official USBPD like it says it does (which does the power delivery handshake instantly). So therefore each time I have to wait a few minutes and then plug and unplug the cable from the device to get the charger to finally output at 45w. This got old the first time and just is annoying past that point. I wish the device had the PD that it is advertised as having. The bank also causes any 45w charger I use to get uncomfortably hot; enough to make my hands tingle for minutes after holding them . The only charger I have that will not get hot while charging the bank is a 36w charger for my iPad. I don’t know if I will keep it because I have ways around the major failures of the bank as of yet, but I really shouldn’t have to deal with all of this just to get the bank to work correctly. The manufacturer was also willing to give me a 50% discount because of the incorrect wattage issue so that makes some of the problems moot. It’s still perfectly usable as a 20W charger even with the problems, just not fast charging without the trick mentioned above. ... show more

  • Power battery pack on the go!
Style: Charger
Purchased this to replace my old, dying Samsung battery pack. I love the fact that it is able to power up my portable monitor and a Nintendo Switch simultaneously. Haven't been able to test out how long they'll last on a full charge. Had no issues charging the Switch since it is a PD charger and didn't brick my device (though they do include the Switch on the description). Same goes for my S21 Ultra using Dex. No issues there either. It has a little slide out stand to use as a stand for your phone and fits my S21 Ultra with a Tech21 case. Included in the box along with the charger is a mesh carrying pouch, a usb-c to usb-c (1ft) cable, and a usb-a to usb-c (1ft) cable. It does have quite a bit of weight to it, but not too heavy considering it's a 25000mAh battery. Overall great charger for multiple devices. ... show more

  • EDIT: Seller replaced/WORKS GREATWon't charge laptop
Style: Charger
EDIT: The first charger sent would not charge my laptop. However, I emailed the seller, as this was said to have a 3 yr warrantee, and they replaced the item. The NEW one sent DOES charge my laptop, and works great! INIU cuatomer service is fantastic. They DO stand behind their products and are responsive to emails. //Origibal post:This charges phones well, BUT will NOT charge my laptops at all. My main reason for buying this was so that when I went back to work, I could have a charger that was capable of charging my laptop when I was in meetings and wasn't sitting near an outlet. I tried each port-none of them would charge my laptop. As a result, this brick is now sitting on a ahelf. It is too big/heavy to carry in a purse, and not worth carrying in my work bag if it won't actually provide enough juice to charge a laptop needing 65w. Unfortunately, I did not try this on a laptop until after the return window closed. My other INIU chargers are good, but this one? No. :( ... show more
