I'm quite impressed with my charger. for such a small device it sure packs a lot of power. it features a large, clear screen display of the battery level in big bright letters and even has a nifty pull-out phone stand which is super convenient as it allows me to catch up on my emails while charging my phone. it came with a thickly padded case which was a pleasant surprise. it clearly is designed with high-quality materials and is well built. it's small enough to zip into the pocket of my hoodie while i exercise although i should note that it is a bit heavy (although significantly lighter than most 10000mah power banks) but if you place your phone in the other pocket of the sweater and run the wire from one pocket to the next that'll balance out the weight

I am really happy with my new INIU portable charger! The USB-C in/out fast charge is super quick & convenient and there are 2 standard USB ports as well. I fully expect every battery rating in todays world to be overstated, but at the end of the day I look at it this way: does the product do what I bought it for? In this case the answer is a resounding 'yes' and that is good enough for me. INIU offers a 3 year warranty (only cost is returning the old product) and to me that says a lot about the company/quality of the power bank. I've also included a photo of the 22.5W 10000mah power bank I bought with a normal pen beside it for reference. I have no idea why I have seen other reviews stating the unit is too big as to me this is a convenient size that one can drop in a pocket, purse, car console, desk drawer, etc. easily and have at the ready. I would buy this unit again if the need were to arise and have already recommended it to family members.

*2nd update* I received the replacement, under warranty free of charge. Customer service told me this is an updated version, physically it appears the same. The battery, which is smaller than a deck of cards, comes with a good quality cable and a storage pouch. Out of the box it had an 86% charge, which was displayed prominently on the display on front. I charged the battery to 100% before using it, which took less than an hour. Fits comfortably in a pocket and doesn't get to warm if you decide to charge your device like that. I use the battery primarily in my car to keep my phone charged when using Android auto wireless, which is very draining. During my daily 30 minute commute the battery will keep my phone topped off for about 1-2 weeks before i need to charge it (at 20%). Have done some testing on it to charge or extend use of my Steam Deck. Mileage has varied. Plugging it into the deck at 10% and not using it brings it up to about 40-60% in most cases. When playing low power games it will extend play 1 to 2 hours. High power games are too demanding and the battery doesn't charge fast enough and require the 45w dedicated charger or a much larger fast charging battery. All in all I am happy with the battery despite the first one dying. Customer service has been exceptional, reaching out to me and providing a replacement under warranty, following up to make sure I am happy and everything is good. Would 100% recommend INIU products, even if you have an issue they will make it right. *Update* Was contacted by customer support via email and will be receiving a new unit (newer version) to replace the dead one. Hopefully the new one lasts longer, in either case great customer support! Worked as expected for 2 months then suddenly stopped working. Display reads 100% but immediately drops to 0% as soon as you plug anything into it and battery display dies. Plugging in to charge it display will flicker than begin "charging" display counts up relatively quickly to 100%. Unplug, battery is cool to touch, and plug something in to charge and immediately drops to 0 and shuts off. Junk. Would recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable battery backup.

I have purchased one of these for each of my family members. They are truly amazing. This power bank can charge multiple phones from 0% to fully charged (even two at once). I also keep a spare in one my work backpack just in case I forget to charge my main one and need a charge when traveling. This fits easily in your pocket (or purse). The only con I can think of is that it takes some time to charge the power bank up, but I usually charge mine overnight, so not a problem.
