I never ever write reviews. I felt compelled to write a review for this product because it truly is that good. There was no incentive for this review, and I am in no way affiliated with this company. I do happen to take think this is the best 20,000mAh power bank on the market by far, and I was surprised because I thought I was stepping down in quality since the price was lower than usual. I had been buying Anker in the past, but their prices were higher than ever, so I was looking for a cheaper bank that still did what I wanted, and oh boy did it. I love this little device. I keep it in my backpack always, and it never seems to discharge without me actually using it. It’ll stay at 100%, I think that’s because of the modern type of battery they used which at the time I bought this was pretty new and only in a handful of power banks, so I thought they were lying when I saw it in this one for such a low price. Best power bank I’ve ever had, hands down, and I got it because it was far cheaper than the others at the time I bought it. It charges devices faster than any power bank in similar price range. It says it is 20,000mAh capacity, but it lasts far longer than any other battery pack claiming the same capacity. It has a convenience flashlight that I’ve actually used a handful of times in a pinch. It can charge 3 devices at once, has two extremely fast USB type A ports, and even has a USB type C port that is still a fast charger compared to other battery packs, but is slower than the type A which are lightning fast. It doesn’t get that hot when charging compared to other high end battery packs. One unique feature is the USB-C that serves as input doubles as an output. This is super cool because every other charger that I could find at the time of purchase had an input which couldn’t output. It was purely an input. This power bank is also incredibly light for 20,000mAh, and fits in my pocket with my phone without being incredibly burdensome. I think it’s probably half the size and maybe a quarter to a third the weight of my first charger (from Anker many many years ago) which was supposed to be 26,800mAh, but didn’t last as long as this one. Not sure if this company replaces broken chargers but I would bet they do because it says they have a 3 year warranty. Anker will replace broken power banks basically with no questions asked within 18 months of purchase, and I had to use that one time, so if they replace them without making you prove you didn’t break it or whatever then this company has twice the warranty (at less than half the price at the time I purchased). I think that is why the battery bank is such high quality. They don’t want it breaking within 3 years, so they use the highest quality materials. It really is nice in the hand and you can tell it is high quality. Mine is barely scratched after being used and abused almost daily for so long now. I’ve had this product for at least a year now, I think longer, and I recently went to Hawaii and didn’t need to charge my Bose portable speaker or iPhone 12 Pro Max until the end of day 5 of the trip, and I used both frequently each day. The portable charger charged my phone like 4 times over as well as my speaker. Overall this is the best portable charger in this capacity range hands down, and I am a portable charger fanatic and have owned many mostly Anker power banks over the years. Definitely get this charger as long as the price is still low and it’s available!

I have an S10 and wanted a bigger Power Bank for a week long vacation coming up since my phone's battery tends to deplete faster these days with just normal use of the camera or socials. I do really like the percentage displayed that gives you the actual amount of charge left in the Power Bank, that's really helpful. The build quality is sturdy, with the case being plastic and having this matte finish which provides some grip as well as keeping it free from fingerprints. The carry case is wonderfully soft and provides a little bit of extra cushion, but it's a fraction smaller than the Power Bank so it does take a few extra seconds of stretching and pushing to get it in. The charging cable that came with it appeared fine the first 2 times I was charging my phone with it but then I realized the plastic bit inside the USB A side seemed to either be broken or wasn't molded fully/properly. Anyways, I decided to stop using that and just use the charging cable my phone came with for each charge after the first 2 I did. The Power Bank arrived with it already being 80% charged. I charged it up to 100% and then decided to use my phone until it was under 10% and use the Power Bank to see how quickly it would charge, but more importantly, how much each full charge of my S10 would deplete the Power Bank. I may be going about the math wrong, but I figured if the Power Bank is 20,000 mAh and my phone is 3,400 mAh, charging my phone would deplete the Power Bank to 16,600 mAh or rather, from 100% to 83% (taking 17% of the Power Bank each time I charge my phone assuming it has less than 10% battery left). 1st charge of my S10 starting at 3% with Power Bank fully charged at 100% 523am 3% 543am 36% 603am 65% 623am 85% 643am 94% 651am 100% 2nd charge of my S10 starting at 8% with Power Bank percentage at 86% 1005am 8% 1025am 43% 1045am 72% 1105am 92% 1125am 100% 3rd charge of my S10 starting at 8% with Power Bank percentage at 69% 353pm 8% 413pm 43% 433pm 72% 453pm 92% 513pm 100% 4th charge of my S10 starting at 8% with Power Bank percentage at 52% 453am 8% 513am 40% 533am 70% 553am 90% 613am 99% 615am 100% Power Bank percentage left after fully charging s10 4 times, 36% I like what I'm seeing as far as charging speed and Power Bank capacity. Seems like a 40 minute charge will get me into about 70% battery while charging it a full hour will get me into about 90% battery. And judging from the juice left, I could probably get another 2 full charges out of the Power Bank before it's empty. It's also good to know/remember you'll get more juice assuming you don't let your phone get below 10% before you decide to charge it! I was a little disappointed with the charging cable that came with it but thankfully I've got a couple extras so it wasn't a big deal to use a different one, more of a quality control issue I think. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and confident I can charge this up before my vacation and keep it in my backpack so I'm not worried about choosing what to take pictures or videos of so my battery can last all day. I'll be able to use my phone as much as I want and if I see the battery slipping, plug it in to this Power Bank and know I've got plenty of juice for a few days or even a week. I'd recommend buying this if you're looking for a more affordable yet powerful Power Bank.
