I’m very disappointed in this swing, it just barely moves with my granddaughter in it and she only weighs 11lbs, so we decided to see what it would do empty it just barely moves, It has a clicking noise and you see it struggling trying to go back and forth and it even vibrates without the part that makes it vibrate under the seat on. My son said he thinks the shaft inside of it is stripped and we haven’t even used it for 5 minutes and I can’t return it cause it’s past the 90 days cause I bought it before she was born. I even tried calling the support center today and sat listening to elevator music for over an hour!!!! So you can’t even get ahold of anyone!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This swing is garbage. My baby is 5 weeks old and we started using this when she was about 3 weeks… it worked great for about 2 weeks and now I feel like I can’t even use the swing anymore because it makes me feel unsafe. A swing should not swing so hard that it shakes your babies head. It has 6 speeds to choose from and no matter what speed I click on it’s like it is stuck at speed 6 constantly. Speed 1 should barely be rocking. It’s also super loud and clicks like it is going to fall apart. The swing also randomly stops and restarts by itself even with the timer shut off. We don’t even use the swing as a swing anymore which is what it’s intended for! We just use it when we need to set her down for 10-15 minutes. We will strap her in and turn the vibration on to sort of keep her happy for the time being. The vibrator sucks too. We have a Fischer price bouncer chair that has a vibrator and that works much better than this and you can feel the vibration on the butt of the chair. This one only vibrates at their feet (only spot where you can feel it) instead of on their butt and it’s super loud! By all means this swing is a safety hazard and it is seriously going straight to the garbage. I don’t even want to sell it to someone else in need of a swing because I don’t even trust it for my baby, let alone someone else’s. Very upset with this purchase. ... show more

My baby is only 10 pounds and the swing doesn’t work unless I push it. The actual material of the swing is great quality. The colors is amazing and the design looks great but the music playing sounds terrible like if the speaker is broken I don’t think it’s worth the money. I love this swing, but i do have a couple issues with it. When buying, pay attention to the MAX weight limit. Unfortunately when I decided to buy this swing i didn’t anticipate my 4 month old being in the 95th percentile and quickly becoming too heavy for the swing. She is ALMOST 20 pounds and it is discouraging to know that we spend a decent amount of money on this swing that she enjoys so much but may not be able to use much longer. Aside from that, the only actual flaw with the product was that once she was around 15 pounds it started to make a creaking noise with every swing. The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I gave it 2 stars because my baby does stay calm in it…. It arrived BROKEN. We assembled the whole swing only to find out that the motor is defective and wouldn’t turn on. It also didn’t come with an usb adapter or batteries… kinda cheap of the company to not include these necessary items for full functionality. Anyway.. we have one on hand and plugged this thing excitedly to have to reprieve from our Velcro baby. AND BOY were we disappointed. We reached out to the company and no response. Anyway, any replacements would take weeks before gets here. We needed relief sooner. It was a choice between this or the Graco. So I returned this and got the Graco swing.     • Great, but don’t like the timer function.

Has worked well for us so far, but we’ve only used it for two months. What I don’t like is that you don’t have the option to turn the timer off… you have to either have it on 10, 20 or 30 minutes and then it automatically shuts off which then wakes the baby up if he fell asleep.
