We bought two boards and one lost air after the first use. We blew it up two more times and it deflated within 24 hours. We contacted the Uboway customer service and they told me that Amazon would not help me and that I would need to blow it up again and take it to the lake and send a video in. Needless to say, spending $425 on a board we were very disappointed And their customer service is trying to make it as difficult as possible to make a return. We have still not resolved this as it’s not ever day we get to the lake, blow up the board, take a video and find exactly where it’s leaking air. They also made a comment in writing to me that it was common for it to be a valve issue. Frustrated!

I bought this board at the same time as 2 others with better reviews. It is equally thick and sturdy, my 200+ lb husband has claimed this one as his and uses and abuses the board with no issue. It is very pretty and equally stable to the other 2 wider boards I have. The back fin is harder to take off then my other boards fin that utilizes the same mechanism, however if you use a car key to press it in, it is really not issue to remove. Also the bag is nice and large, but not as well put together as my other 2 inflatable boards bags, it isn't falling apart or anything but isn't as thick of a fabric. I hope this helps!

Plus size girl review. 5'1" 280lbs. The paddleboard itself feels nicely made. The paddle end seems to be securly fit to the pole so no worries about it falling off (has happened with another model) but the adjustable hand grip part doesn't seem too secure when it is "locked" in place. As for the pump, the hose detached from the nozzle itself once it reached 15psi and now cant be used again without properly gluing or taping it together. I'll most likely end up buying an electric pump and carry a back up paddle just in case. 4 stars for the cute sturdy paddleboard. Tracking was pretty good once I remembered to take my feet out of the water. I spent 5 hours on the lake with it, haven't braved myself to stand up on it yet but was able to adjust myself here and there once I started to get sore from sitting.

Great inflatable paddle board. Feels very ridged and stable when in use and inflated to 15 psi. The stomp pad has plenty of traction to feel comfortable. The cargo net is great to hold a waterproof speaker and keeps it far enough forward to not hit it with the paddle. Things to note: -The paddle you get does not have a offset angle at the bottom, it's not as efficient for paddling, but easier to store in the bag. -The pump you get is only a single action (does not inflate on the up stroke) I use a power inflator (not included) to it started at first. Then use the hand pump to get to 15psi.

The board itself is fine, and I've been enjoying it on the lake near me since I bought it. But, after less than 2 months of ownership, the paddle broke due to a manufacturing defect. The paddle comes in 2 parts, which are joined by a coupler which is (supposed to be) permanently attached to the paddle end. The handle end is then inserted into the coupler and secured with a pressure clamp. On mine, however, the glue securing the coupler to the paddle end came undone while I was on the lake using the sup and paddle. The paddle end fell off into the water and subsequently sank to the bottom of the lake and was lost. The paddle is advertised as being able to float so it will not be lost; however, the handle end is the part that floats, so if it is separated from the paddle end, the paddle end will sink. I reached out to Amazon, and they offered a refund upon return of the sup, but I really don't want to go through the hassle and inconvenience of returning such a bulky item when I only need the paddle. So I reached out to the seller and asked them to send me replacement paddle, but after several days they have not even responded to my message. Poor quality control and even worse customer service from the seller.

Love the board... So pretty! Only wish it had a bungee on the back as well. So far holding up great - I've had it for about a month & paddled a bunch of times. I paddle in a large lake. It does well in 1-2 foot wave. I have paddled with my 27lb 2 yr old on the board & my 70lb 7 yr old on the board with me (separately) & felt great. Easily maneuverable & sits nicely in the water. Only drawback - the paddle is not awesome. It becomes loose after a few paddles & needs to be tightened which can be tricky. I've employed my husband to be my paddle tightener :) All in all - good board for the money

This is a great board! I did find that it does take a little more balance than a regular hardboard, especially in bumpier waters. It’s sturdier than expected but light to carry and easily transported. I actually love it.

Was very excited to receive this paddle board and use for the first time. Unfortunately after the first fill up with air, the air seal blew inside of the board . Needless to say not a fun trip back to shore as it lost air.
