I sent this bounce house back twice because it was used and very dirty when opening the package! You would think for the price, you could at least get a brand new one!

I got this bounce house for my two year old for his birthday! He and his siblings are having so much fun with it! I also ordered play balls to fill the little pool. They played with water guns as well, but I wouldn’t recommend it all the time. It’s a slip hazard, especially for little ones and you will have to take out all the water by hand as well as clean it dry. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. It only takes a minute or two to fully inflate. The only small con is that it’s a bit loud as it has to be plugged in to be inflated. Not a big deal, since it provides a lot of entertainment for my little ones this summer!!

I'd like to be clear, the quality of the bounce house itself seemed fine and it is of reasonable quality. However upon setting it up and plugging in the fan, the fan caught fire after 2 minutes and melted the attachment hose to the bounce house and filled the whole thing with putrid smoke, rendering the whole thing useless and irreparable. I organised a return via DHL (as replacement was not available) and explained the situation top which Amazon agreed to. I sent the remains of the fan back along with any intact attachments. I discarded the bounce house because it had to be peeled off my garden in a melted heap. Amazon then got in touch and said I had returned the wrong item and refused refund. Have been going around in circles for a month with their alarmingly terrible customer service protocol. Anyway, US$200+ down, no bounce house, and not a great experience. Perhaps avoid and look at another product where they will actually communicate with you for any issues.

Got this for my nephew for his birthday, he is 2 and wow what a perfect gift!!! He was a little scared BUT it took no time for him to get used to. What was a little scary and loud the first week has becomeobssession! He loves it! He asks to go play on it every day now.
