You need a certain amount of firmness when doing gymnastics and most blow items are too soft. Using the included air pump you can get this mat to be set perfect for practicing single moves at least for older kids and adults. My 2 year old has a ton of fun just bouncing on it when I let a little air out. It is made a think and doubled up magerial. Every seam or connection point is reinforced and it has weight to it when you fold it up. It is for heavy use. I have kayaks that have thinner material than this mat. Also the air valve is the nice new click in place type. As shown in the pictures. When not practicing or playing on it. It sits on the ground under this climbing set the kids got for Christmas. To help with any possible falls. The thing I really want to try out is tying some weights to the handles while floating on the lake nearby and use it as an island. It folds down into a smallish bag with the pump and accessories in there. Throw it in the back and it is easy to set up when we get there. I would without a doubt recommend this mat. First for quality then just for the amount of thongs that it can be used for. If you have an active house especially with kids this is a good item to have.

Wow. I gave this to my wife for summer use as a solid float for yoga on the lake. Unfortunately, it's winter now and snowing in Wisconsin so no floating for a few months. I thought it'd be wise to open up and inflate it. I'm very happy with the result. Using the include inflator, it took only 50 seconds to fill to max capacity. This created a solid surface that I could stand on. (I'm 205 lbs.) This should be great on the water. Should also be fine for yoga indoors or exercises. At full inflation it was to firm to lay on comfortably but that was fixed with a gentle press to the value button to let out a little air. As shown in my pics, there's a cover for the value to guard from accidental deflation. The value has a firm spring to keep the button pushed out so they air stays in. A light press will let out a little air. A firm press will engage the button and it will stay in so the mat completely deflates. It can then be rolled up and stored in the included bag. Due to the heavy duty quality, it is somewhat heavy at about 20 lbs. My wife is happy that it has handles so she can attach an anchor while floating...or doing yoga on the water!

This mat is long enough at 10 feet to practice most skills without feeling space constrained. The provided compressor works well to blow it up quickly, and with plenty of pressure. The resulting firmness allows positions that require balance, or moves that involve jumping. It has enough give that falls are fine at max pressure, but if you prefer a little more bounce or want a softer surface to lie on, letting out a bit of air works well. It's surprising how heavy this is when it's deflated, but that gives a good idea about the durability. While I wouldn't suggest letting this sit on any sharp rocks during use, the plastic is thick enough it would probably be fine. The stitching is all reinforced as well, so I'm hoping this stands up to quite a bit of abuse.

Got this for Christmas for the kids. The pump was able to pump it up in about 20 seconds and the one way valve makes it super easy to pump it up really tight. I was surprised how bouncy it was! Me, at 300lbs, was able to walk across it (I didn't dare jump on it) and feel how bouncy, but firm it was. My girls love rolling around and jumping on it. Great for developing some basic tumbling skills!

This tumble track is a game changer! I am a martial artist and a tricker and acrobatics are a major area of my training. I come from a generation of practitioners that sunk a small fortune into accessing gymnastics gyms for the sake of practicing flips on bouncy floors to avoid injuries. The idea that I could have a setup at home that allows me to do the same WHENEVER I want… we’re living in the future. I love that this inflatable track comes with its own pump. I award further points for the track having Velcro to keep it from sliding. This allows me to take stunt training to the next level!

I definitely didn't believe the hype for an inflatable mat. This is however made of quite thick material and holds up gymnastic exercise as well as yoga. The included pump and case add to the value of the mat, giving you everything you need from the get go. Not only that but it includes patches should you run into any issues. The velcro helps keep the mat rolled up making it easier to pack. Just a smart product overall.

Fun for the whole family! I even got on to try some flips out that I haven't done since high school. Tip: You should stretch first...my thighs are BURNING. It's easy to inflate and deflate if it's too much air. The pump is awesome that it comes with and the carry bag as well. Great mat!
