We ordered 1 mat for our fitness training studio and thought it was great. Rolls up tight for easy storage, it's light if you need to carry or move it around, plus it's easy to clean. Good size too. We can usually have 2 clients rolling or stretching on it at once. We liked it so much we decided to buy a 2nd one. When the 2nd one came in we noticed the quality of it wasn't the same. The texture was slight off, rolling it up wasn't as convenient and it would unravel a bit. We contacted customer service and they were a pleasure to work with. Quick to reply to my email! They said they would investigate on their end and get back to me by a certain date. They did exactly that. I also sent them a picture to show the difference of the 2 mats. They stood behind their product and guaranteed the quality of the mat. Needless to say they are replacing the defective mat for us. Great company, great customer service, great mats. My two youngest kids wrestle and do jiu jitsu and these mats are excellent for their practices...very thick and durable. We have two of the large mats and use mat tape to secure them. They’re also easy to clean and roll up for storage if necessary. Worth the investment!

These mats are ideal for home use. The mats are good quality, light weight, easy to clean and store. These mats can be used to take hard judo falls if you buy the shorter, thicker mats. Overall, these mats offer great value, especially, if you buy them direct from the manufacturer for nearly $100 less; be forewarned, it is very likely that the manufacturer will send you slightly different sized mats - it is a hassle to work with Flooring Inc., so buying from Amazon is highly recommended if you want to avoid any hassle. ... show more

This showed up as a Christmas present it is as hard as a rock and it looked like it was chewed on by a rodent as there were large chunks of foam missing. I do like the ease of rolling it up with the way it is designed but it is super cheap foam on the bottom that does not have a layer of protection and the top is so thin and hard that you wonder if this is a tap dance floor rather than a "mat" ... show more

Product as described. The thickness is plenty for practicing takedowns and breakfalls with no issues. Well worth the price and i would buy again. I noticed other reviews where people complained about the clips for the carrying handles breaking, but it seems they have resolved this issue by removing the clip and using all velcro for the straps. ... show more

I unboxed the mat let it breath for a couple days and did some drills... great mat!! Should have wiped it down first like one other purchaser did.. got a few black smudges on my hands and clothes.. washes clean great! Very nice.. saving for a second mat!
