I don’t use this every day but it’s very convenient, very well made, and very well thought out. It’s come in handy so many times when myself or others think “there’s no way..”. It’s sturdy and durable yet doesn’t add weight to my keys to where I notice, which honestly was a concern of mine. The magnets have a great hold. I don’t worry about losing it at all. It does everything it says and it does it well. It has the micro USB, it’s just inside the USB-C? Idk lol the smallest one. I can charge small devices if I plug them inside of that (see photo), it really works great but I do imagine you should treat that with care because of whatever pins these things use (I have no clue about that. I’m just somewhat gentle when I use the micro USB and I’ve never had an issue. I just don’t force anything and it works great.). I was worried also about getting the gold color but I’m so glad I did. It’s perfect. Not cheap and yellow looking, it’s really a nice looking device that is 100% worth it. I got it after a long day of shopping when two phones died and my son was bored and I needed 5 more minutes in a store but didn’t get them because I didn’t have anything to keep him busy with (or charge a phone). This plus the T-CORE Power bank will charge my phone fast and idk how many times it would do it, because the power bank seems to last forever for me but it would have to be a lot. I never charge that thing, it stays in my purse. Back to this inCharge gadget though, it has really impressed and saved people plenty of times. I’m proud of it. My dad actually asked for the name so he could get one :). It would make a nice little gift. Got this just in time for a flight I had today and couldn't be happier. I found out about it from an EDC YouTube video and it seemed perfect to carry in my sling pack with my power bank instead of a 3ft or longer cable and I was right. It worked perfectly with my iPhone, and to charge some ear buds. One thing I have been impressed with is the build quality and feel. I think I expected it to feel like something you'd get at a dollar store or something, but it just feels like a solid, and well constructed item. Buying something like a USB cable or adapter is incredibly cumbersome, loaded with products that either misrepresent or lack clarity in their descriptions, and can involve buying & returning nine clunkers before what you need and expect arrives as #10. But products like this one are just as frustrating: this has every feature and capability I’m looking for, but the one flaw almost makes this cable worthless: + To switch either end’s male connector between USB-A, USB-C and iPhone Lightning, you pull and rotate the main connector out of the way of the other, achieved using a hinge (see last two photos). + But when the alternate connector is revealed and the hinged part is out of the way, the hinged part has nowhere to go…you can swing it to either side, but the product design fails to make this as elegant and sturdy as the rest of the cable. The piece just swings, or juts out at an awkward angle. + The magnetic snap that holds this cable in the folded position is great: strong magnet, good ‘click’ when the magnets meet, and the metal casing has a solid fit and appropriate weight. Unfortunately, this is a cable that I will have to see and even feel in my pocket, when connected to my phone and emergency charge bar. I’m afraid the failure to design this so the alternate connector mechanism isn’t an awkward, unresolved hack. It would be great if the maker found a new approach to swapping connectors: I’d buy it on the spot, and even pay a bit more for the improvement. ... show more

This little cable is fantastic. This cable can handle most standard USB connectors except for mini USB. They are durable, easy to use, and reliable. I've had one on my key chain for about 2 years now. The finish has broken down some, but it still works great. I've also had one on my EDC bag for about a year, and it looks & works the same as it did when I first got it. I started giving them out as gifts, and so far everyone has loved them. The one quirk of these is the micro USB connector. It is not obvious, but it is integrated in with the lighting connector. The lightning connector is hollowed out with the contacts inside such that it also plugs into a micro USB port. ... show more

I have multiple of these now. I keep one in my truck and one in my tech pouch in a "go bag". It's really great to be able to charge multiple devices with one cable. The size is great and I love the magnets that make it able to be carried on a key chain.

While it appears well made and works as designed, the information page above was confusing: some pictures and product specifications say you will get a micro USB plug that fits a variety of electronics of all kinds of brands. Other pictures and labels say you will get a lightning plug that only fits apple products. I do not have apple products I carry around, so the lightning plug is not what I wanted, and not what I need. Information and labels above must be clarified. I ordered this after specifically searching for a keychain charger with a micro-usb plug, so the search results and description are misleading. ... show more

    • Stopped working after using it twice

I didn't have a huge need for this except my wife would forget an iPhone cable and I only carried android stuff, so this should have been perfect. First use it worked but charged incredibly slow. Second it only would connect with a certain side facing up. Now it won't connect or charge on any port combination, unit is completely dead. Connections that slide inside the others are incredibly flimsy and slide out on their own. It's build solid enough but not well made and priced like a premium cable adapter. ... show more
