    • Useful for removing lane oil
I use this towel primarily for cleaning the ball of oil and other lane residue before every frame and it works well. I like much better than regular rags or towels. Before this I was using old golf bag towels - this is certainly better!

Overall I really liked these pads. They absorb a nice amount of cleaning product and distribute it across the bowling ball evenly. The grip side is great and does not allow your hand to slip off of the pad and ensure a good amount of pressure on the ball while cleaning it. Finally it seems to be pretty sturdy and will hopefully last a while before it needs to be replaced. My only qualm with the product is that I wish it was more flexible to better wrap around the curvature of the ball, however that is probably a tradeoff with the great gripping pad on the back. ... show more

    • Wiped my balls so good!
My balls are finally able to be wiped of oil evenly and cleanly. My balls are so precious to me, I would trust no other instrument on my balls. Women seem to notice my balls more now that they are cleaner than usual. Not really sure why, but the ladies enjoy my balls when they are oil free.

    • use this instead of a rag!
A friend advised me to change from a rag to this bowling ball oil absorber, and what a difference it made! One side of it is for your hand, the other for wiping off the ball. And boy, does it work! I was told to wash my old rag, grab a spray bottle of alcohol and use that before each bowling session to shine up my bowling ball. This particular bowling ball oil absorber comes with two for the price of one, a great deal. Would recommend product and seller. ... show more
