Tastes good to me and is supposed to help with surgery recovery so even though its a bit expensive I think it's worth it. I tried other supplements and this is the only one with lower calories higher protein and still tastes good.

    • Liked the flavor better than Ensure.
The flavor was better than the Ensure drinks because you can taste more vanilla and it tastes more like a smoothie than a vitamin filled drink but it has all the nutrients you need to recover from surgery or just to supplement your diet. I liked them better anyway and they do cost a bit less.

Arrived in perfect condition! I ordered because it was recommended pre surgery! I thought I will not like it…actually it’s very good! Surprised with some negative reviews! Needed this product as recommended by the surgeon. Was told it would help the healing process and prepare the body and cellular structure in advance. The product was good, the taste was good, texture was okay which made it pretty easy to drink. Didn't notice much in an energy boost but that's not the reason why we purchased it. Great for post and recovery after surgery. The flavor is not great but you can at milk or chocolate powder or extra vanilla and even make a milkshake.

    • Phenomenal nutrition drink
So I purchased these for my sister when she was going through cancer treatment and let me tell you these things are Lifesavers. They’re absolutely phenomenal. I wish I could’ve afford it to buy more of them as she was going through, but I did what I can on a limited pay, but thank you to the manufacturer your saving lives.
