Durable, attractive and great price. I have had several people ask about resetting the combination for the lock. I have posted above a copy of the instructions to reset the lock provided with the luggage.

Used this suitcase for it's first trip. Outside of the return window. A few days into the trip a wheel broke off. Additionally a zipper for the inside also broke off. Seems to be low quality.

I didn’t want to carry 2 or 3 luggage bags and this is the perfect size to fit more than 3 weeks worth, including hair dryer, steamer, accessories, 4 pairs of sandals and makeup bag!

The bag itself came quickly and looked great; however, after my first use, the inside zipper broke right away and it’s very hard to use the bag since all of the clothes will constantly fall out. Also, as others noted it gets dirty quickly and does not look attractive. The included travel bag is great and it was a great suitcase, but the internal zipper is cheap and this is why I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered it last minute before my trip. I zipped it up and the zipper started to separate. I freaked out, because I didn't have time to get new luggage, but I just unzipped it all the way and zipped it back and that fixed it. I was sure it wouldn't hold through the trip, but it did. No issues. Lock was easy to set. Much larger than I expected. Could fit a person in there lol.
