- Known issues with the Bluetooth system: When the helmet's Bluetooth system has not been used for a long time, the battery will enter deep sleep mode. During this time, Bluetooth mode may not be available. To wake up the battery, charge the battery for about half an hour. The Bluetooth functionality will be restored after charging. Buyer beware ILM quality issues
Defective product right out of the box. Check pad separated from lining retaining piece fell off. 2nd time replacement and not even going to try a 3rd replacement. Final note, Bluetooth switch failed shortly after purchase. Until ILM makes substantial quality improvements. Expect to be returning at least a few helmets with defects.

Great Helmet for the money.

I've been riding for about 30 years and this is my first Bluetooth helmet. I read all the reviews before I purchased this and after wearing it for 24 hours in all kinds of weather, I'm not sure what people who give this bad reviews are expecting at this pricepoint? It's super comfortable and the venting is pretty good. I love the sunshield and had it down most of the time with the clear screen flipped up and I stayed very cool considering it was 94 degrees and sunny when I left. As for the bluetooth: I wear earplugs and even with them in, I could still hear the music (a little) but gps directions came in loud and clear at highway speeds. I took a phone call at 55mph and it was clear on both ends. I hit a few hours worth of RAIN and everything still works fine. I was a little worried because someone had said that their electronics went out after riding in rain. In all fairness, my bike has a large windscreen and that blocks some weather and wind, but regardless, this helmet held up to a lot of weather this past weekend and not a drip of water came in. Great helmet and I would certainly buy it again.

The intercom feature is a game-changer for group rides, allowing clear communication up to impressive distances. - **Modular Flip-Up Design:** The modular flip-up system works smoothly and locks securely. I love the flexibility it offers, especially during pit stops or casual conversations without having to remove the helmet. - **Comfort:** It’s incredibly comfortable even on long rides. Great Customer Support
a year after my purchase my helmet experience a malfunction. I contact the vendor and they took care of the issue the same day. Their customer service and willingbness to stand by their product is unmatched and often unheard of these days. I will continue tobuy product from them.

Cost to much for speakers to bust

I love the helmet itself. It’s comfortable and I also like the internal sun visor but thats about it. When on the phone going a reasonable 50-55 mph the sound is pretty good and I didn’t have anyone tell me they couldn’t hear me over the background noise so kudos to them having some type of background noise canceling. What I do not like is that I spent well over $200 and it may have been close to $300 only to ride a few weeks and my left speaker is busted and plays when it wants to. I feel like the right one is on it’s way to its demise as well here in a few days. When Im listening to music while riding I had the volume on the highest setting and with the money I spent I honestly should have that pleasure without worrying about if I was going to bust my speakers or if one was going to go out. Long story short. I believe Im sending it back for a refund.
