Outstanding Helmet – Comfort, Convenience, and Value
Size: Large
Color: Pro Matte Black
I am extremely impressed with the ILM Bluetooth Integrated Modular Flip-Up Full Face Motorcycle Helmet. From the moment I put it on, the helmet felt solid, comfortable, and well-designed. The padding is plush without being overly tight, and it fits securely even on longer rides. The integrated Bluetooth system is a standout feature. Pairing was quick and seamless, audio quality is clear for both music and calls, and the controls are easy to operate even while wearing gloves. It’s a huge convenience not having to install a separate Bluetooth unit. The flip-up modular design is perfect for everyday riding, especially at stops or when talking without removing the helmet. The built-in sun shield is another excellent feature—smooth to deploy, effective against glare, and eliminates the need for sunglasses. Ventilation is well thought out, keeping airflow steady without excessive noise. For a helmet at this price point, the build quality, safety features, and technology integration exceed expectations. Overall, this helmet delivers comfort, functionality, and excellent value. I would highly recommend the ILM Bluetooth Modular Helmet to any rider looking for a reliable, feature-rich helmet without breaking the bank.

High quality product that has all the lights and whistle's best of all it's safe
Size: Medium
Color: Pro Matte Black
I have used this for a few months now and I'm 100% convinced it's perfect for me. I bought a MED and the fit was too tight. Without charge I was sent replacement inserts that made a world of difference. I did manage to damage a few parts, and I requested to replace them. Again the customer service is top of the line and they helped me I.D. the parts and sent them off to me no charge. It's always a little nerve racking when the helmet is made overseas. Worry no more I couldn't ask for better expertise and professional service. Do yourself a favor and order from this company. Never skimp on headgear. I was a little skeptical with so many parts, and the company so far away., I have needed parts twice due to my mishap not the helmet. Each time my needs were met without hesitation. I'm a franchise player so ILM will get my business until they prove me wrong. A+.

Good helmet. Okay audio
Size: Large
Color: Pro Matte Black
Good helmet but the size feels a little small. Bought the one that matches my hat size and the integrated shades hit my nose just a bit. I'll probably end up trimming the bridge to open it up a little for some better clearance. Can hear pretty well but not a lot of wind noise which is great. As far as helmets are concerned, this one seems pretty good. Bluetooth works pretty well and is fairly straightforward. Voice for feedback telling you which mode the helmet is in etc is the same cheap voice in some other chinese products I've bought. Audio quality is not great. Listen to music while riding and there is no low end to the audio range. Speakers are apparently incapable of bass in any form. Volume controls are reversed from what I would instinctively assume they are, casing some confusion if you aren't conscious of it. With the helmet on, intuitively you would turn the knob forward (counter-clockwise) to turn up the volume and to your rear (clockwise) to turn it down, but this is reversed. Will be taking a road trip with it soon so I will update this review when I get back. Initial thoughts are buy something else with better audio quality. The worst earbuds I own have better audio than this helmet and it isn't even close. Either buy something with better audio or a plain helmet without it.

Unable to pair
Size: XX-Large
Color: Pro Matte Black
Purchased 2 ILM helmets in April and then had medical problems shortly afterwards. Because of this, we were unable to use them for several months. Even though we have followed the instructions that were provided, we are unable to get them to pair. We have had friends with similar helmets with intercoms in them attempt to get them to work to no avail. Because of the fact that we were unable to use them for several months, it is too late for us to send them back. We love the helmets but are very disappointed that we are unable to use them as intended! I gave it one star because we do like the helmets……..if we could get them to connect and work to our satisfaction I would most likely give this purchase 5 stars.
