I'm impressed by this faux turf-grass rug! It comes folded, so it takes a little while for the wrinkles to come out. But after a week or two it settles out to become something more convincing of turf-grass. The height is right, but not quite as short as a real putting green (taller and more desirable). The under side is rubberized but the whole thing is water permeable. It actually feels nice under foot, not like grass, but not like any carpet fibers either. I would like to see this company offer it in bigger more economical sizes, and in a roll at that. The look is fairly convincing because of the added variegating color too, it has that light brown coloration that you would see at the base of most grasses. You could use this on your deck, patio, out in your yard, or wherever! I use it under my patio table because (for many reasons) I cannot get grass to thrive there. ... show more

I use it for my bonsai decorate, it's petty and easy to cut the side what I want. But it's very thin and the base quality not very good not strong enough. It's Price $27.99 for 12 pcs is cheaper than the other same similar products.

Does not come with the ground nails/staples. I did not want to purchase a whole bunch of the fake grass staples because I only had a few fake grass accents to install. With that said, the squares were laid out almost 2 weeks ago awaiting said staples and they have stayed put, look great, and serve their purpose. I got this to cover a dirt patch under the jungle gym where my dog always digs and then lays in and gets very muddy. When I first pulled it out of the box there was some loose strands of grass but not too bad, even so I’d recommend to open the box outside. The color is realistic a little lighter than my grass but not bad, up close it looks artificial but at a distance and for what I’m using it for it’s fine. It took a week or two for the fold marks to work their way out but that’s expected. The feel isn’t bad but stiffer than real grass but that’s normal for artificial grass. Some areas hold water and some areas seem to drain quick but the ground underneath the grass slightly uneven so that may be a factor. Time will tell how long this will last, I’m planning on leaving it out year round but so far I am really happy with it. ... show more
