I got this for my in-laws as they camp 40 weekends a year (no joke). I have watched them get clothes dirty and then hand wash them in the small camper sink on numerous occasions and figured this would be a lot easier and more convenient. They begrudgingly accepted it and left it in the cargo hold for weeks. I asked for it back so I could have it for a trip we were taking, and voila they suddenly had a need for it. They used it one time on two outfits that got muddy from a rough hike and said it worked wonders! They were very happy with the performance and ease of it and now they use it about every other trip. Now of course I never got it back for my trip, but they love it and say they would recommend it for very small loads when they travel.

I've had some time to fiddle with this and I found that even for a single person this just wouldn't be enough to maintain enough clothes for daily use. Essentially you can wash closer to 8 or 9 pairs of socks maybe 2-3 shirts if thin, 2 leggings if super thin or one is shorts. And jeans are basically a no go. It would be more worth it to just hand wash your laundry. It does work OK, but you have to wash, drain yourself, reconnect to water for rinse and then spin. If anything washing by hand and doing a spin cycle would cut the drying time down. I do have to say it is Portable. And when you figure it out it's not too hard to set up. I recommend if you do use it make sure completely dry before folding up. Is easy to store. So I guess this will work for emergency situations but not a whole lot else.

The Washing Machine doesn’t match the instructions. When arrived, it looked used. The plastic was yellowish instead of clear with tape deteriorated off of the plastic/washer machine as if it was used, put away, and used again.

It does work, just not very well. When it’s on and washing, it did get 1 tshirt cleaned well; however, it leaked the entire time it was agitating around. The instruction images showed a drain to the outside of the bucket, this unit did not have that. It has a hose that you have to clip upward and does not plug. I only added 1 t shirt to it to test it out. It did get cleaned. Was still pretty wet after spin cycle, had to wring it out with hands still. Hung dry. Shirt is clean, just had to make sure the bucket was inside the kitchen sink otherwise, the floor would’ve been soaked. Giving it one more try to test out cleaning a Jersey before I decide if I’ll keep it
