Get ready to be the center of attention in these! We bought matching pairs for a Backstreet Boys concert in Vegas, and they were absolute SHOWSTOPPERS. We got so many compliments everywhere we went, and seeing kids’ faces light up as we walked by was priceless. Sizing: I normally wear a 6.5 and ordered a 7 after reading that they run small. Honestly, I think the 6.5 probably would have fit me a little better, but the 7 was completely wearable and I enjoyed having the extra room. My husband normally wears a 10–10.5 and ordered the 10.5, and he felt the same way. So for us, I’d say they were pretty true to size rather than running especially small. The sparkle & lights: AMAZING. The glitter looked fantastic and held up through walking around Vegas in 106° heat, dancing, and an entire night out. The lights are incredibly bright and definitely get noticed! Battery life: Mine lasted around 6 hours of actual use, while my husband’s lasted even longer. One of his shoes was still going at 3 AM! We first turned them on around 4 PM but gave them a break during dinner and the concert. They arrived charged and ready to go, but I fully charged them beforehand. Comfort: This is the one downside. They’re very flat and hard with basically no cushioning or support, similar to wearing a flat sandal or slide. They felt perfectly fine at first, but after walking the Strip, dancing all night, and walking back to our hotel, my feet were DONE. I also started getting a blister on the ball of my foot. That may have been partly because I sized up half a size and had some extra movement, or simply because we were on our feet forever. I originally bought these thinking they’d be a one-time concert shoe, but now I can’t wait for another excuse to wear them. If you’re debating it, BUY THE SHOES! Be the light in this world! 10/10 for fun and attention. Just add a cushioned insole if you’re planning to walk or dance for hours! ... show more

So I ordered these after seeing someone at a concert wearing them. Lots of fun. People really get a kick out of seeing an adult wearing light up shoes. The size runs a little big, but not troubling. The quality seems decent. Definitely not an everyday type of shoe. So far as the battery life it's OK. I got 3 hours out of it,with lights set to steady on. So not to shabby. I got so many compliments on these shoes at a recent 80s event I attended. Love how there’s multiple settings to change colors and you can keep it solid or have the colors blink. I ordered my exact size and they fit perfectly. I must warn you though - the shoes are not great material. A little cheesy on the quality and not comfortable shoes to walk around too long in which is why it lost a star. ... show more

The fit was perfect and the ability to change the colors and light patterns on the shoes really impressed me and many people at the party I attended. ⚠️ If you love wasting money and wearing shoes that fall apart within 2 or 3 uses, THESE ARE THE SHOES FOR YOU! The glittery/sparkly material immediately begins coming off the shoes during the first use. By the 3rd use, deep cracks started to develop in the tongue, along with more glitter loss. These looked worn out within 5 uses, an embarrassment. If that all sounds like your thing, more power to you. 1-Star is a generous rating for these. The LED lights look good but only last 3 or so hours at most. There are better options on Amazon for this type of shoe. ... show more

UPDATE 2: It turns out the USB charging wires were both bad so don’t fret if it’s happening to you right now. They sent two pair of USB charging cables (a pair is included with each pair) and each pair wouldn’t charge after four hours. So out of curiosity (after I’d started my second return) I had a few of the same charging cables, plugged them in and the shoes lit up and charged! They have a bit of glue on the outside but otherwise they fit to size and seem to be fun! FIRST REVIEW A pair of these was ordered and arrived. The shoes come with a charging cable but no instructions of any sort. The shoes seemed fit to size but I couldn’t wear them after immediately discovering that one worked and the other didn't. (Which continued after charging them both for a while.) I started a return and someone from the company responded quickly so I'm waiting for a new pair to arrive. They look okay. They have a big velcro strip and sparkly shoe laces that don't feel like they're super strong. I doubt the laces will last very long but if you're looking for something to catch attention indoors they look pretty good in that regard. It would REALLY benefit buyers to include an info page about; *How long it takes to charge them. (2hrs) *How long the charge lasts. (Unknown.) *How to control the lights. (Press Red button inside inner leg side to scroll through different options.) *Any other important info. (IF THE SHOES DON’T LIGHT UP THE INCLUDED CHARGER CABLE MIGHT BE BAD.) Will update once new pair arrives. UPDATE 1 - The second pair arrived and were also defective. This time the right shoe only lit up one color and the left one was once again totally dead. These are cute but not meant for everyday wear. I bought to wear as part of my costume. They are durable, lightweight, comfortable and they completed the outfit. But they are cheaply made, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from them but they did their job. They charged up, they stayed lit the entire night. I really have no complaints. I will probably wear them again for another costume, but other than that they probably won’t get much play. ... show more
