The front half of the cue arrived with scratches from I believe to be the shaper coming loose and bouncing around during shipping. It may be a good idea to wrap each part of the stick in some kind of protective sleeve. It's a beautiful design though.

The media could not be loaded. So I ordered a purple and black on for me and a red and black one for my son. His was perfect in every way. If I was basing this review off that stick alone, it would be 5 stars. However, my purple and black (in the pics and video) looks like a manufacturing defect. All around it's still a decent stick, but as you take your stroke, it is very noticeable. The damage are symmetrical lines on the shift, running through the tip, about 10 -12" down the shaft. So 50% of what I recieved was correct. Not going to pay to have it shipped back, so I guess I'm taking the loss. Beware. Flip a coin, and that's the quality to expect. Update: customer service reached out to me amd replaced the pool cue at no cost to me. Superb customer service. Leaving my old review to show what the issue was, but I received the replacement stick in a very timely manner, courteous communications with their customer service. This is how you treat your customers folks. More companies could learn. A thing or two from these guys. Thank you!!! ... show more
