i think for $23 this is expensive since its plastic, but it holds my vinyls pretty well! I also used command strips (the ones without hooks) per another reviewers suggestion and its worked wonderfully. For reference, I used 4 command strips per shelf, but I did one with just 2 and its holding well just the same. Keep in mind I only put 1 vinyl on each shelf! I live in a rental so I cant drill. Great way to show off some of your vinyls. If this were $cheaper I would give it 5 stars UPDATE: They lowered the price to $20 which I think is more fair. Also, currently the offer the cheapest record shelfs (on Amazon) of this type. All of them are the same so definitely go with this seller and get more bang for your buck! ... show more

I was looking for a way to display my albums and came across this listing which was a lot less expensive than others I've seen online and decided to take the plunge and try them. Installation was very easy and they look great. I purchased 2 packs and all together I estimate that it took me about 45 min to install all 12 mounts. I suggest using a tape measure and a level.
