I am thrilled with these jackets. I purchased 1 for each of my boxers. They fit perfectly and seem very substantial. My favorite part is that there is no velcro!! I have had to buy jackets every year because the velcro (most doggie jackets attach with velcro) never lasts past a season. The jackets i have bought in the past always end up coming undone mid walk because the velcro starts to lose sticking power or bc the seems rip half way through the winter. These attach with the belt, which goes around the back and is adjustable. These also seem to cover more of the body than other jackets they've had. They are nice and warm and weather proof. I really like the jacket. It fits and covers up my dog well. I would have rated it 5 star however the one thing that I don't care for is the slot on the back used for connecting the leash is too small which makes it very difficult for me to attach my dogs leash to the dog harness. The ring on my dogs harness will not completely fit through the hole and I'm afraid the jacket might eventually tear in this area. Because I do not sew, I will probably take the jacket to a seamstress to have the slot enlarged. ... show more

She is an old girl, and I was looking for a jacket that was fairly adjustable to fit her deeper chest, but thin muscular back end, and had the length to cover her body. I am very happy that I found this jacket. It is not super restricting, and she doesn't stiffen up and freeze like some of the other tighter jackets I've tried. It has a nice warm, soft, fleece liner, and a water proof exterior. The neck adjustment is a really nice touch, as was the belly strap that is also soft and has a liner that extends up her sides. Love this coat! We live in the northeast and our dog is short haired so he gets quite cold when we take him outside. We needed something warm enough and also relatively waterproof for the snow or rain. I took his measurements and picked the proper size on the size chart and it fits him perfectly. Right out of the package I was pleased with the quality. Have two very large active babies(GS, Pitty) and outer fabric looks durable enough to withstand their antics. Found the coats easy to put on. Finally, on the third try, a winter coat for zoey that we're satisfied with. The last brand we had tried was small on sizing and cheap on materials, neither of which seem to be a problem with this one. The fit was slightly big for her, but plenty of adjustability built in, so it fit well after adjustment. The material feels thick, and should keep her warm outside this winter. It's a great coat, except the lighter color in the green camo is pink. The material and craftsmanship are good, but people are going to think my male pit is a little beeotch and possibly question my mental health. It is super warm though, but the camo, dang. I'm just going to sharpie it black
