These are very nice. They are new, I saw another review had received used ones when ordering new ones. I received new ones which is what I ordered. They definitely aren’t wide but they will work just fine. They are comfortable. The straps aren’t tight where they dig in, which is good. Overall, value for money 10 out of 10. Slip resistance, ehh, slick on carpet, and I imagine if the floor was wet they’d be slick. That’s an easy fix though.

I was pretty impressed with these shoes. I have size 11 feet that are on the wider side of normal, and these were relatively comfy for a 6 hour wedding. I didn't get any blisters even with a decent amount of walking, which is pretty impressive. My feet did hurt a lot when I was standing around for an hour (just needed better arch support and cushion), but someone who is younger might feel just fine standing in them that long (I'm in my late 40's). A thicker/wider heel was more comfortable, but these were very flattering.

I purchased one set of this shoe for my son's wedding, but ended up wearing another pair on that special day. Then by accident purchased the same pair for another occasion. Oops. Anyway, I love these shoes. They are cute and stylish. The small heel is nice for walking around and standing for long periods. I ended up gifting one pair to my sister for an upcoming cruise she is taking and just know they will go perfectly with her dress. I would buy these even a third time. :)

I paid for NEW shoes, but I clearly received USED shoes. Right out of the box you could see they hadn't been buckled correctly, the white material had brown marks, and the soles were obviously worn. I ordered these last minute for an event I had that same night; I had no choice but to wipe them down and wear them. Despite paying for NEW and receiving USED, I did enjoy the shoes. I wear a US size 9, and the 9 fit perfectly. The straps were not tight and the height of the heel is just right. I could walk and stand for the entire event and my feet never hurt. Taking off 2 stars due to not receiving what I paid for.
