I bought these before. The first time I bought them was back in 2012 when I bought the home and instead of stapling or nailing nails all over your deck railing I just put it in between the slats and it stays wonderfully I did anchor it down in some areas. These are very good. I just reordered and as you can see I had good luck putting up the new ones. I still have more railing to go so I bought two packages. After you order these and you get them out of the package, I have one very important detail. Iron them out. Do not take a direct iron to these of course they will melt. I just put a large towel on top of them and iron the wrinkles out. The first time I bought these I chose the green. Like many of us I chose to Brown this time because I needed a change. But imagine since 2012 that's almost 11 years and through all the winters and the hot summers over and over again they handled all of that The reason I believe I messed the green ones up was because they do get moldy and you want them to be cleaned don't use a scrub brush but you know what? Would have given 5 stars but I ordered 4 brown stripe and got two of light brown stripe and 2 of dark brown stripe. But they do what I bought them for (block my dog’s site of the road and neighbors) and installing them with zip ties worked fine. I’ll probably take them down for winter and reinstall.

Wrong color does NOT match the previous two ordered in 2018 and 2019. Also did NOT come in original package. Threading was visibly coming apart almost like damaged and recycled to different customer. Product itself from last two orders different company same product were delivered original sealed package and work great after several years of Midwest winters. Ended up returning and ordering something different direct from manufacturer, different brand. Too bad because can't get it to match exactly with previous two. Unclear if they just don't make the Brown that was a lighter triple lines anymore? Verified UPC matched, etc. Still was sent a dark brown that doesn't match. ... show more

Quality material and a good price. A bit time-consuming to cut the single rope into smaller pieces for tying it to deck rails but worked fine after you cut it into the needed pieces
