Was a little bit hesitant to go with this instead of calling a plumber.........but the price was right and appeared to be easy to use. Worked like a charm, instructions easy to follow, you tube videos available to watch. All my water pipes in the house use the PEX B tubing, and after 20 years, after updating a few sinks and connections it definitely paid for itself in the first use. I needed to add two outdoor spigots and I don't love plumbing. I didn't not want to run copper or use a ton of shark bite fittings because of the cost. Ive got more plumbing to run in the future and figured this would be worth the upfront investment and it definitely was. This made everything incredibly easy and took a lot of the stress / guessing out of doing the work. I'd recommend getting the bigger set - the one with the cutoff tool. The instructions say the tool is pre calibrated but my first crimp was too tight. Snip the fitting, loosen, try again - perfect. The "pre-crimp" is a nice feature so the collars don't slide around on the pipe. Very easy to get comfortable with the tool. ... show more
