If you want a lightweight, breathable baselayer, this is great. Flat-lock, off the shoulder seams are comfortable. Vents on the sides and upper back help you shed heat, while the rest keeps your arms and torso warm. Thumb-holes keep your sleeves from riding up when layering, and can help keep your hands warm if needed. The fit is slim, but comfortable, and true to size. It's slimmer than Smartwool's 150 shirt, but just as comfortable (actually more so). The wool is really comfortable and not itchy at all.
