I have used the tool and found it to be of good quality. The crimp was uniform and sealed perfectly. Crimping was easy due to the hydraulic effect. I do see how some said that it is bulky and hard to fit in tight spaces but that did not apply to my circumstance. The 1-1/4" crime leaked. it might do okay at smaller diameters, but I bought this one specifically due to its 1-1/4" die. do not recommend.
