The desk is exactly what I wanted, nice and wide (and deep), with a large opening beneath. My only complaint is that the top feels slightly cheap, it feels like if you set something down too hard it might cause damage. I haven't had that happen, and I've had the desk for quite awhile, but I've been careful. I went from a real wood desk to this, that's probably why I noticed the difference in quality. If the top ever does suffer damage I'll just put a real wood piece on top of the stand, it feels sturdy enough. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for this reason, a more solid top (it feels like particle board) and this would be a very nice desk. ... show more

This desk is very sturdy. Comes in 3 pieces for top so I was worried it would look or feel uneven but I was pleasantly surprised. You don’t see or feel the seams so very happy with that. Pretty easy to assemble as I did it by myself, took about an hr. It is big! Take measurements. I wanted big as I need a lot of desktop space for equipment. I think it’s great quality as I’ve used it for months now and it is perfect for my needs ... show more
