The shelf has braces and gussets in all the right places. It is a very sturdy shelf. The leveling foot at the centerline of the shelf will give extra support if adjusted to be in contact with the floor, this will prevent shelf sagging when heavily loaded. Assembly was a breeze, instructions were clear (study the diagrams as you go, they answer all questions). All parts are clearly labeled. All holes were precise, and all threaded holes were perfect with no stripped threads. I found one bad cam bolt, but multiple spares of all threaded parts are provided in the package. The packaging itself was good and the item arrived un-damaged. I'm going to use the shelf in my music area for music books, headphones, a couple of small guitar amps, cords, laptop, etc. I expect to get many years of use out of this.

Really like this bookshelf, but in addition to saying wipe off water immediately it should have added “because it will dissolve the finish “!! On a lighter note. It stresses in the assembly directions that it takes 2 people to assemble. Right, one to assemble and one to watch 🤣. !

We have two of these excellent bookshelves. The first one came with a damaged leg, but I didn't realize it until I had finished putting the bookcase together. The leg--the metal side, which comprises a front and back leg--was dented-in near the bottom of the front, causing the bookshelf to wobble unless pushed flush against the wall. The item came with a note from the seller asking customers to email in the event of any problems with an order. Since only the leg was damaged, and I didn't feel like taking the whole thing apart and figuring out how to box it up for return (which, aside from being a pain, struck me as a wasteful thing to do), I emailed the seller asking if he would please send me a replacement leg. The seller, Jack, replied to me immediately and offered me two options: a replacement leg or a refund of $40. I said I'd prefer a replacement leg, and Jack said OK. Shortly thereafter, he emailed me again and explained that the warehouse was out of replacement legs, and, thus, he would send us a new bookshelf free of charge. All we had to do was order the item, and, once it had shipped, he would issue a full refund. And that's exactly what Jack did. So, we have two of these bookshelves. They are nice-looking, sturdy, and useful pieces of furniture, and our experience with the seller could not have been more positive. We hope to give him more of our business in the future.

I am using this shelving as a combined bookcase and display case, and it looks beautiful. It is good quality material, well packaged, good looks, I am very happy with it. One of the panels had quite a big scratch on it, but with my books and all on it you cannot see it, and I did not want to return it and wait for a replacement. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I knew this was manufactured wood and wish it was real wood, but it is a very good replica. The piece was easy to put together and the result is a very solid bookshelf that looks great. For this price, I found a lot of others that were not nearly as nice and looked very cheap. This one is very nice.
