I bought 2 units based on the positive reviews, and am I glad I did! Although the boxes had scrapes, the shelves arrived scratch and ding free. The assembly Instructions are detailed and clear, and all parts were well sorted and labeled with plenty of extra hardware. Screw holes and brackets all lined up beautifully during assembly. Metal sides. Very clear directions & labeling. Easy to put together. Tolerances were excellent, no jiggling around to make things fit. Put together by myself in about an hour taking my time. Extra parts provided. Very impressed with item. Would look specifically to this company for other items.
