I emailed the manufacturer to see how to find a repair place because it is a product That I use every day. They were soooo helpful!. They tried very hard to walk me through things that could be wrong....And when that did not work, They said we are sending you a new one. It is working terrific. I just received my new dishwasher today. Very quick delivery, very well packaged. I had to do a test run immediately of course. It’s been years since I actually had any type of automatic dishwasher other than myself or my husband. It certainly is portable. I don’t have the cart it will be sitting on put together yet so I improvised. Grabbed my giant carving board set it on top of the box my china came in & set it on top of that. Grabbed my 5 gal bucket for the drain hose and started filling up the water tank with the pitcher it came with. I had it sitting just in between my kitchen and living room for the closest electrical receptacle. I started out with a normal wash cycle. I put my very small cutting board, 4 coffee mugs(10oz), 3 very small cat dishes, (about the size of ramekins), a few cooking nylon utensils a couple of stainless steel were put in there as well. Not big utensils, about medium size. Very few pieces of silverware because the silverware rack is just about useless unless all you use are chopsticks. You can pop the top of it off but the all the silverware just bunches up together. 69 mins for wash and rinse. Do not put too much soap in. I made that mistake. Soap residue on everything. Very little goes a long way with this machine. I didn’t use the dry cycle yet. Didn’t really need to. Once it was done I opened the door and anything glass or ceramic dried almost instantly. Dishes were very hot to the touch. Not a bad thing imho. So that’s all good. Oh and no leaks anywhere. The not so good is what should have been an extremely simple setup turned into a trip to the hardware store for a new hose clamp for the drain hose. The one that came with it was junk. It wouldn’t tighten for anything. After 25mins of trying went and bought a new one and took less than 30secs to tighten it. The other thing I’m not really fond of is you have to pour the water into the tank very slowly or it will splash all over the place. That’s a minor issue but still annoying if you’re trying to hurry. Then the issue with the silverware rack. Pretty unusable. Even my dinner knives wouldn’t fit upside down in any of the holes. So if you have really skinny silverware or use only chopsticks it’s all good. If you have large coffee mugs like we do don’t try to use the side top rack. Even the mugs that came with my Corelle set were too tall for the rack to slide in. I put some cooking utensils on that for washing and that worked ok. All in all it’s not a bad little machine but if you have larger soup/salad bowls or chunky silverware, which don’t have to be that chunky to be honest, it will be a puzzle. You will be doing at least a couple of little loads. The silverware rack is my biggest complaint because those are the one things I hate washing the most. The upside is it does get dishes clean. It has it’s own heating element and it works very well. It does come with a hose to hook up to your sink but you will more than likely need an adapter. I would also recommend a different hose clamp for the drain hose. Only cost $1.53 for a good one. Would I recommend this product? Probably but only to people who don’t cook much and have small silverware and small coffee cups.

As a single individual, I primarily dine out, but occasionally engage in home cooking. Consequently, I do not accumulate a significant amount of dirty dishes. This compact and efficient appliance effectively addresses my dishwashing needs, excluding pots and pans. While I am highly satisfied with its performance, the inability to connect it directly to my sink presents a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, this feature would further enhance its convenience and efficiency.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: I absolutely love this little machine. I have used both normal and quick wash cycles but honestly unless your dishes are downright caked with dried food, the quick cycle might be enough. Do you homework on what dishwasher detergent is best, that does matter. My dishes have come out 99% spotless and I NEVER rinse dishes first. I love the water tank as it makes it very portable as needed. Cons: I'm 4months in and its still great. I have noticed though the upper arm can be slow or doesn't move until I nudge then its good. I do wish the manual answered more questions like what cycle is best for cleaning what. Pay attention when filling the tank. A chime let's you know it's full but its NOT very loud if you have other noise around. I wish this company made a larger one with a fillable tank. I'd get it today!

3 of my 11" plates and a couple bowls fits well. They come out squeaky clean with very little dawn platinum liquid soap. The first use i filled the soap spot full,that was a mistake. I like every thing about this washer. The only thing i dont like is how high the cup holder is, my one cup coffee cup doesnt fit on the shelf so i use the rack for my knifes. This is a great unit👍

This machine is bigger than what I thought it would be. All in all I love it. It definitely comes in handy on the days that I don’t feel like washing dishes I am single So it is very convenient for me. You can fit small pans, Numerous Cups cutlery, and other items without a problem. It’s all in the placement. It’s not overly loud. Please make sure that if you are not connecting it to your sink, that the two to remove the water is firmly in your sink. The suction cup helps, but it could be a little stronger. If you’re not careful, you’ll definitely have water on the floor.
