I don't recommend this phone. So basically it is a galaxy S23, not a 25, but without all the features. It says it's 12GB RAM with an Octocore processor, but after converting an additional 8GB of ROM into virtual RAM for a total of 20GB, this thing is still slower than the cheap Obama phones you can get for free. Then there's the screen. So right out of the box, I can see around the edge of the screen there are some places that look like it may not be connected fully, like this could be a refurbished 23, with all the Samsung names and apps (and features) removed. But after about 2 weeks, it fell from my bed, which is less than 3 feet (36 inches) from the ground and the upper right corner of the screen cracked. Not bad really, just crossing the battery icon. Then 2 days later, while I was wrapping up the charging cord, the base disconnects from the cord and lands with the metal prong directly onto the screen. The charging base was at a distance of something like 12 to 18 inches above the phone, and it cracked the screen on the bottom right corner, from about the middle of the bottom edge to the middle of the keyboard display. A triangle roughly 1.5 x 1.5 inches on the sides. Again not bad. Then after that, about 2 hours later, the phone slipped out of my hand and falls maybe 3 feet, landing flat on its back, onto the bathroom tiles. This did it. So now there is a crack from the top middle edge to the top of the bottom corner crack. And whenever I touch the screen near any of these cracks, it is shown on the screen.     • Not a completely usable phone with T-Mobile
The phone worked great for everything other than download speeds with T-Mobile we're only at .5 Basically unusable unless you were connected to the internet for data phone calls work fine unfortunate I like the phone but not completely usable for me

Slow device said it was one terabyte ROM and it’s only 512 GB. you turn on the device and there is no set up. It goes straight to the Home Screen. As soon as the device started connecting to the Internet, my internet firewall was blocking malicious websites.
