I don't recommend this phone. So basically it is a galaxy S23, not a 25, but without all the features. It says it's 12GB RAM with an Octocore processor, but after converting an additional 8GB of ROM into virtual RAM for a total of 20GB, this thing is still slower than the cheap Obama phones you can get for free. Then there's the screen. So right out of the box, I can see around the edge of the screen there are some places that look like it may not be connected fully, like this could be a refurbished 23, with all the Samsung names and apps (and features) removed. But after about 2 weeks, it fell from my bed, which is less than 3 feet (36 inches) from the ground and the upper right corner of the screen cracked. Not bad really, just crossing the battery icon. Then 2 days later, while I was wrapping up the charging cord, the base disconnects from the cord and lands with the metal prong directly onto the screen. The charging base was at a distance of something like 12 to 18 inches above the phone, and it cracked the screen on the bottom right corner, from about the middle of the bottom edge to the middle of the keyboard display. A triangle roughly 1.5 x 1.5 inches on the sides. Again not bad. Then after that, about 2 hours later, the phone slipped out of my hand and falls maybe 3 feet, landing flat on its back, onto the bathroom tiles. This did it. So now there is a crack from the top middle edge to the top of the bottom corner crack. And whenever I touch the screen near any of these cracks, it is shown on the screen. Nice outside looking phone but stops there. Chipset is a MediaTek MT6762V/CB and it's running on android 12. I downloaded a program called device info and ran it. The phone was extremely slow and barely would load or download. The battery also said 4hrs left at 92%.I stopped there and sent back. Very disappointed. ... show more

The way the phone looks and for the price it is not bad. However, the applications have a lag. The video and camera quality and resolution is trash. This is all due to the slow processor. I'd rather keep my cracked and old Galaxy Note 9 than use this phone, it's not worth the frustration.

This phone doesn't work on any carrier network , it over heats, also comes up as something else when googling the brand. I will be returning this phone ASAP it's completely useless and sellers don't respond to your question, there is also fake reviews under each phone they sell.im very disappointed
