I have purchased this phone for my granddaughter and take it to A&TT and the couldn’t recognize the phone by made because of it that it can’t connect to a network it can only use internet only by purchasing internet sim only this is ridiculous now I’m stuck with a phone that can’t connect with a network I’m very frustrated but it my fault I should stick with proper phone companies amazon needs to be aware of these problems

I broke my original phone so I ordered one from Amazon. The delivery was on time just as they said. Although it took a complete day to get it activated. Once it was, its been a huger problem. Now the phone powers on the off every few minutes. This was suppose to be a new phone. I can be speaking with someone and it will cut off. It can be on my desk and cut off and cut right back own. This is becoming very frustrating and I will be returning this phone if the issue cannot be resolved. I did get a chance to speak with a technician at Amazon. It remained on for at least 30 minutes before it started doing it again. I just got this phone. Very disappointed with this product.

Android 10.0 system. 10GB storage, not 256. Camera doesn't work without SD card(not provided). Google store can't update past version 10 from 2020. Phone works id you only use 3-4 Apps and don't take photos. Very disappointed in fake listing.

All features are false. Camera very blur not 24mp and 50mp as stated. The 12gb ram is also false. This phone works very slowly and freezes. Battery gets very hot when using.

Its been a long time I was looking for some unlocked phones. I had a T-Mobile SIM lying with me without any use and thought of putting it into use. All Samsung and Iphones are way costly and few phone do came close. I was about to purchase the Motorola Moto 5G for $179, but recent reviews changed my decision. Thought of Samsung A14s which were around $150. But again the reviews were not so great. Also looked at NUU phone within a range of $140. Finally my eyes fell on Spark 10 PRO phone with only one review. Was not willing to, but the package contents made me to think twice. 8GB RAM and 128GB memory, phone case, head phones and an SD card along with the charger convinced me to try. I just wanted a phone to make use of the extra SIM I had and it is working like a charm. Its capable of 2 SIMs, but I do not see much people using 2 SIMs in USA. So not using the other provided SIM is not an issue for me. May be in future I might, but not at this point. Photos are not that great, but I was not at all looking at a camera phone. Charging is holding on good since I do not have a lot of apps. I do not play games on my mobile nor download every other app. So, I hope it will be very reasonable phone for me. This is my second phone, first being an office provided phone which I use a lot ONLY for office work. For personal I am going to depend on this Spark 10 PRO. I would definitely recommend this. Who can give me a unlocked phone for $120 which has 8GB+128GB Memory and 60GB SD card, phone case, charger and head phone. No one can beat this and highly recommend to try this out.
