As an Amazon Vine reviewer, I received a comforter from this company as a complimentary item to review. My review was not so good since there were many things that were wrong with the comforter- especially the feathers that were all over my laundry machine, dryer and basement after I washed it. I did not expect anything as a result of this review that I already wrote, however, this company went above and beyond. I did not request another comforter but I was sent one with an apology for my inconvenience. I washed the new comforter (the one listed here) and there were no feathers. It came out of the machine beautifully. It is a much better product than the original one I reviewed. To me, this is the epitome of customer service. As I already stated, I didn't request another item since I am a Vine reviewer and this is not part of the process for reviewing. But this company make things right and I felt I should write this review to let them know that I have received and reviewed and have given you five stars because you did something above and beyond what you needed to. This down duvet insert is terrific! It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag but it fluffed up by the end of the day and I didn't notice the usual vacuum seal odor on it. It's weight is noticable but it's not restricting. It is so warm and it's currently winter so I am loving it but I can't attest to it's warm weather performance. I do wish it had loops in between the corners to attach it to the duvet cover more securely but I can work with just the corner loops. ... show more
