As a daily athlete, I'm always looking for ways to more quickly recover, stay limber, and increase muscle perfusion prior to stretching. The Hypersphere (and Hyperice) are both essential do my recovery work; I specifically use the Hypersphere for my glutes and hamstrings (deeper than the hyperice), and my anterior tibialis (smaller contact point than the hyperice) given that I have flat feet but love running. Vibration wise, it isn't as strong as the hyperice but the fact that the contact patch is smaller and more focused makes up for it for those hard-to-reach parts of the body or very targeted rolling. I like using it on my upper and mid back as well but keep your mouth shut or you'll chatter your teeth off haha! ... show more

It is phenomenal in the aspect off great deep massage however when you wanna hit certain areas on your back or legs you either gotta hold it or keep chasing it around so it dosen't leave the target area!

I would make love to this if that wasn't weird. But it is weird so instead I just sit on this ball and let it vibrate into my hamstrings while I binge Netflix shows. Good for muscles n stuff.

Cool idea but not that great. We use small non vibrating massage balls. But this one is too big. Seems high quality but size prevents you from targeting spots effectively. Go for a massage gun. Better
