I love it. It does what it's advertised for; that's why I'm giving 5 stars. Although it has some issues that I see with these kinds of pumps: 1) You need to trim your area. Hairs don't help with suction, so that's a little inconvenient. 2) You need to follow the instructions; if the attachment is not properly in place, air will come inside the pump, and you have to try again. 3) It has to be at the perfect angle, and you have to keep it in place so air doesn't come inside. 4) Make sure to pull your sack so it doesn't try to go inside the pump. It's a matter of practice, which is a pain at the beginning. BUT, once you learn, it's easier, gentler than air pumps; you can really feel the pressure, so do it enough to get an er3ction but not too much or it will be painful. Go to Google and read blogs that explain with images how to use it. I really liked this device; I can feel it works.

While vacuum pumps can be effective therapy for men with ED, this device misses the mark. The design makes it difficult to use without discomfort. Requires Too Much Force— The pump action requires a good amount of force. To build up suction, you have to push the device against your body. This pressure is uncomfortable during operation. Causes Bruising and Soreness— in my case, because of the force required, it caused bruising. It also made me sore later in the day. A therapy device should not cause pain or lasting soreness. Water Feature Offers No Real Benefit— I don’t believe the benefit of the water is any better than a standard vacuum pump. It achieves the same result but requires more effort to operate. Standard Pumps Work Better— Compared to this model, a standard vacuum pump is: *More comfortable to position. *Easier to operate without heavy pressure. *Less likely to cause soreness. *Offers better value for the money Standard vacuum pumps are a more comfortable and practical choice, I can’t recommend this product.

So after reviewing the base 7 model and the Pro 7 X with the ball pump, I had to know what the difference was with this Pro 7 model. It's almost identical to the base model with a few exceptions that it has in common with the Pro 7X. It comes with instructions and a black mesh carrying bag. This one has a black nozzle tip that you can switch left or right to shut off the water flow. It was a lot harder to do than on the Pro 7x. The shape of the switch is different. It's shorter. I was afraid I was going to break it sometimes. Hard to tell which way to push the switch. It also has a comfort insert like the Pro7x which you can remove for better pressure. But the downside is that you'll get rings on your member from the rubber boot and the foam cushion is on the insert. Removing it will leave you with a hard rubber base. The rubber boot on this one is black instead of grey with the same rings as the Pro7X. Now with all of these, I've found that for the best visible results, it's best to use an air vacuum pump for a few rounds before using this water pump. I've seen more girth and length than just going with a flaccid state. There are 2 ways to use this one. Leave the comfort insert in, stand in the shower/tub and pump with your hand against your pubic bone. Standind for a few minutes is fine, but if you move around to much you will lose air pressure and will have to pump again. The second way is to remove the comfort insert and use a silicone sleeve over your member to protect against the rings from the boot. This gave me the most pressure. But there's no cushion on the base of the rubber boot since it's on the comfort insert. There will be some discomfort on your pubic bone. Persoanlly, I prefer using the base model with a sleeve. It has a foam cushion on the base of the rubber boot. But value wise, for the price you're getting on this one the nozzle switch and a comfort sleeve. The nozzle switch isn't really needed. I just cover water vents with my finger to fill with water. The comfort sleeve works but you may have pressure issues if you move around too much or plan on sitting down. I would recommend the base or the Pro 7 X with the ball pump.

This hydro penis vacuum pump is quite disappointing and really difficult to use. It needs an exact position while also keeping everything in the right place, maintaining a proper seal without any hair getting in the way, all while pumping at the same time which just ends up being an overwhelming mess. There are simply too many things that need to go perfectly at once to make it work effectively which makes it feel unrealistic for regular use. The build quality itself is actually really nice with thick quality plastic that feels very durable and like it will hold up for a long time. It is just so badly designed that the quality ends up not mattering much when you cannot even get it to work properly. This may work well for some people depending on their situation but for me it was simply not worth the attempts. Overall hard to recommend due to the design just making it far too difficult to use effectively!

This water pump is well made and works as advertised once you learn how to use it. The water-based suction feels gentler and more even than a traditional air pump, and the removable comfort insert helps improve comfort. There is a definite learning curve. You need a good seal, the right angle, and trimmed hair for it to work properly. My biggest challenge was pumping while holding it firmly against my body, since there isn't much leverage. If you pump too hard, it can become uncomfortable. I think the version with a separate hand pump would be much easier to use. Overall, it's a solid product with good build quality, but it takes practice, and I think it's priced higher than it should be.
