Before purchasing this hydroflask I was using my last one for 4 years. And for 4 years, my water could stay cold for up to nearly 2 days! it was easy to clean, and easy to carry around. It held an ample about of water, and also looked cute. I love this because the opening is wide enough to really clean the bottle and also to drop ice cubes into the bottle. I also use it to drink at my desk and the wide mouth is a great size and doesnt bang into my nose. It's large enough to hold a lot of fluid, but still fits into the side pouch of my knapsack. I’ve had this water bottle for 6 months now and it’s been great. It’s dishwasher safe, holds a large quantity of water, ice doesn’t melt and the handle has held up really well. My only gripe is although I had wanted a wide mouthed water bottle, it’s impossible to drink out of if you’re exercising without spilling it. I love these bottles. We were going on a vacation where it is very hot. We wanted a bottle that would keep our water cold for a long time and would not change the taste of the water. This checked all the boxes. The water stayed cold and tasted good. Loved that it was available in so many pretty colors and styles. My daughters chose ones with straws and loved them so much that they have let go of their old favorites and have taken these to college with them. I also love that they are dishwasher safe, leak proof and have a lifetime warranty. I have seen in other reviews that since they are light weight they can get dinged but do far ours are holding our really well. I love Hydro Flask, I have a bunch of kids bottles for my kiddos. This one is great but the mouth is hard to drink out of without dumping it on yourself. I use it for working out and all day use. If I'm working out I have to stop completely so I don't spill over myself. Thinking next time a water bottle with a spout might be for the best.
