I am absolutely in love with this Hydro Flask insulated tote in pink! The color is so cute in person, and the size is perfect. It’s roomy without feeling bulky, and it honestly doubles as my work purse at this point. I got the blue one, and it’s really cute—almost more of an accessory than a grocery bag. The build is great, and the zipper blends seamlessly into the design, like something Apple would dream up. The insulation is probably better than the cheapest options, but I’m not about to run tests to confirm. Functionally, for grocery shopping in the Arizona summer, Trader Joe’s $8 insulated tote is probably a little better. This bag has a somewhat narrow mouth, which makes loading groceries a bit trickier by comparison. Normally, ease of use isn’t a big deal for me, it’s a bag how hard can it be, but trying to shove frozen groceries into an unfamiliar bag while checking out is awkward enough without it looking like the maw of a gigantic space age muppet. It holds maybe five average frozen pizzas plus some ice, while the TJ’s bag holds six or seven and is a couple inches longer. The bottom wiped clean easily after I set it down in the dirt, though I suspect repeated use will leave it with a nice scratch patina—a “scratchina,” if you will. Since I’m a big, rugged man who doesn’t need such a dainty bag, I’ll be on the lookout for some dusty waif to gift it to this summer. ... show more

Size: I bought this as a lunch box for work. My work requires that I work through my lunch hour sometimes so I bring snacks and a full lunch with me everyday. The size is perfect for up to 3 small-mid size containers stacked and a full size drink. I usually pack 2 containers, a drink, protein bar and multiple snack and it fits all. The pocket on the front is great as that’s where I place my silverware. It is insulated and has kept my lunch cold all day with an ice pack inside. I opt to put it in the fridge at work as I pack so much and cannot fit an ice pack but if I can fit an ice pack keep it at my desk all day. Keeps cold for over 8 hours. Color: This color is absolutely beautiful! I love blue and this is such a pretty blue!! Zipper quality: The zipper has been great so far, no issues. Value for money: I would 100% buy another one of these. Worth the money.
