Size: I bought this as a lunch box for work. My work requires that I work through my lunch hour sometimes so I bring snacks and a full lunch with me everyday. The size is perfect for up to 3 small-mid size containers stacked and a full size drink. I usually pack 2 containers, a drink, protein bar and multiple snack and it fits all. The pocket on the front is great as that’s where I place my silverware. It is insulated and has kept my lunch cold all day with an ice pack inside. I opt to put it in the fridge at work as I pack so much and cannot fit an ice pack but if I can fit an ice pack keep it at my desk all day. Keeps cold for over 8 hours.
