well when I first received the light it worked as designed for about 2 weeks then something happened with what I'm assuming was a driver failure, the light was just dim and flickering when I went to check on how my veggies were doing. Customer service was great no questions asked just send it back and they replaced it right away. The new one is working great. But buyers beware it is not water resistant. Using this for my 4x4 grow room. This light is alright. It pulls 500w like it says, so that’s an up. They don’t do too well on my par/ppfd readings. Max is about 900. To keep it short if you’re on a budget get it, it’ll do the job.

Just got my new hydofe today! Light is very nice and easy to put together. For the price I'm pretty shocked on how bright the light is definitely better then my bloomspect light that I have. Very easy to hang up as long as you have the adjustable ropes. The light isn't to hot, and also the packaging was nice and snug. I only give it 4 stars because of it not including the adjustible ropes. I will be calling up costomer service tomorrow and will give an update on it afterwards. ... show more

Now it’s almost too dark to take a pic for the review. I hope this doesn’t ruin my seedlings!!! No real support as far as I can find. Amazon will refund but what a nuisance; I’ll have to buy more seeds and germinate again etc. I guess I shouldn’t have ignored the other reviews with this kind of story. These lights are actually damaged Tmlapy units resold at a cheaper rate. The power supply has gotten pushed down from some previous shipping and bent the power supply mounting bracket slightly. No problem though, still works great for 10$ cheaper than Tmlapy exclusive. In fact, i ordered a second considering the savings (bent bracket as well) but am still pleased. ... show more
